This location could've not been opened. They're almost always out of fries???? If you call in an order...it can't be under $20. I went into today and was told if you're placing an order it has be done online. The last time I placed the order online...they claim it didn't come thru although I had email confirmation. Just shut it down

My first and last time going here. I called this location for abt 20 minutes and kept being placed on hold each time. The last time i called back, i was told that if my order is over $20 then it had to be placed in person or online. I told them that I had been calling for abt 20 mins trying to place an order. I was calling because i was driving at the time. They responded by saying that they are slightly busy. That was understandable. So the order was placed online. My order was input online incorrectly being that i was driving and the internet was glitching at that time. Had they answered the phone the first time and said that, i would’ve pulled over and placed it online before i got on the interstate. When i got there, there were only 2 people in there. I asked them if it could be corrected and was told no because it wasn’t their fault and they would be taking a loss if they remade the order. The first short, heavyset guy that i encountered told me that . I asked for a refund and he told me that i had to come back in the morning and talk to the GM abt my refund. Another lady who i assume is a supervisor, was VERY NICE and she tried to fix the order but he intervened and told her no. She then called the asst manager who ALSO said no and i also spoke to the GM, Alisa, over the phone who also said no & on top of that, she ended the call because she said she was off the clock and they should be handling that at the store. I understand that they did not incorrectly process my order online, but they surely do not care about losing a customer over $26! I would have rather had the food than a refund. Mind you, this was my 1st time utilizing this location and this is the experience that I had. The GM stated that they have new owners as of this past September so order with grace because these new owners obviously dont believe in having good customer service and i’m sure they won’t correct any orders that are wrong! Oh and if your order is over $20 don’t call it in! She said she will be sending an email out to all locations to ensure that this new rule is being enforced! I just hope that the only nice employee is NOT reprimanded for trying to be a nice human being. She really tried to fix my order for me, but was shut down every time from her superior bc correcting my $26 order would hurt them financially. Now my money has to be refunded so the business is really losing $26 and some wings! 0/10, i don’t recommend them at all!!
Placed an order and drove there. Took 15 mins. App said food would be ready when I got there. Waited at restaurant for food for an hour. When I asked the lady at the front when my food would be ready she lied and was rude. Then she went to the back and played games on her phone. Inside was nasty. She told me if I wanted to get a refund to call the number on the wall. I called the number and they said that they were closed. I told her to get money out the register and she said no. Took forever and that lady at the front was rude and flipped me off when my back was turned.

Food was great! After placing an online order I arrived shortly after the specified pick up time. The staff failed to greet new customers or ask how they can help new customers once existing customers where taken care of. The three of us that entered had to get the staffs attention to retrieve our orders.

Waited 15 minutes to place an order- no one knew how operate the cash register.
This was some of the best wings that I have had in a long time. I will be back. The service was excellent.

This Wingstop has been the best Wingstop I have ever been to this guy named Zion helped me so much and he really showed effort and team building skills while I was ordering my 55 piece classic wings

I really love Wingstop, but this location is the most disappointing place I’ve ever been, I’ve waited 40 minutes for my wings, it smelled so bad inside, it smelled like sweaty armpits and the employees yelling at the food, scratching their head and touching their body and didn’t wash their hands. It was something so disgusting, please don’t come to this place, I had to throw away my wings because I couldn’t eat them with so much disgust.

Brand new and with time I’m sure it will get better!
Chicken and corn taste bland, they barely put seasoning/sauce on it. Chicken wings wasn’t cooked long enough had to put them in the airfryer.

Decided to give the new location a chance cause the other one is…not great. The bar was not high, based on experiences at the other Wingstop. Never in the history of ordering Wingstop online has my order been ready on time AND correct. It was both today. Ordered online at dinner time with a 21 minute ETA. I got there a few min after the ETA and the food was waiting for me. For being newly opened, I’m impressed and will be back for sure.
