Employees didn't greet me when I entered and ignored me for about 3 minutes. Then walked away without taking the person behind me's order for 5 minutes. They were not in any kind of uniform and all of the front out house employees were listening to music on earbuds. While I was sitting down eating my food multiple workers went out front and started smoking.

employee flipped me off today for asking for another pack of honey mustard in the drive thru. these people don’t care about their jobs and it’s sad. raising canes would never.

This location is HORRIBLE, customer service is HORRIBLE, wait time is HORRIBLE, Drive threw is closed you have to go inside to order but when you get inside staff is just hanging out. So why is drive threw CLOSED. It takes 30 minutes for them to make 1 sandwich and fries when no other customer is there....AT THIS POINT JUST CLOSE DOWN. If I could I would give 0 stars. Ill just take the extra minutes and go to the MANSFIELD ROAD location. ???

This is literally the worst place in shreveport lol. It's not that the food is bad, it's that you can never call it fast food. I order on there mobile app and still the food isn't even being made when I show up 30 mins later. Now I come by to try them again and they close at 8pm. It's Friday night and they're closing at 8pm. It's honestly sad, I love the boneless wings here and I can never get them unless I set aside an hour of my time to wait for them to be made. Especially since I work nearby but only get 30 minute lunches so I literally never eat here. How they're still open I have no clue

Terrible customer service. I arrive to Zaxby’s to an already dilapidated parking lot, and proceed to the drive thru to be told that they are only taking orders inside. Random as that was, I hadn’t had Zaxby’s in a while so I went inside regardless. Once inside the empty Zaxby’s, I stood at the front counter for 5 mins watching the manager and a clerk seemingly fix their lunch. After finishing, one of the girls walks past the counter with an overfilled Togo container and doesn’t even acknowledge me. I had to ask her if someone was going to take my order. She said “yes I’ll be with you in a minute”. I just left. Don’t even want them fixing my food at this point. Them seem not care at all. It’s just sad. All I wanted was a sandwich. Smh.

Visiting from Dallas, TX. Stopped by on a Saturday around noon for a to go order. Stephon was very friendly. We had a couple of Spicy Club meals. Our food was prepared pretty quickly and it was fresh and hot. The dining room appeared clean, and the bathrooms were pretty clean.

So confused right now. It’s raining cats and dogs out, and they just told me they weren’t taking drive-thru orders right now. I kindly thanked them and went across the street to another chicken finger place. Sorry for the bad review, but this just didn’t make sense to me.

First time ever at Zaxby's. Last time ever at Zaxby's. Customer Service is sorely lacking. Drive thru order. Waited 27 minutes for 3 chicken sandwich meals. Actually ended up going inside to get the order bc it took so long. Waited at counter 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Got order finally. Asked about Zax sauce and was told it's on the sandwich. If you want extra you pay for it. ? Whew! Bye Zaxby's. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here folks.

Same o same o. Had to go through my order 3 times at the counter before the cashier could get it right.. "Can I help you sir? Yes, please, I would like 20 fingers and a large order of fries to go..." Is this dine in or take out.? Me; to go please.That will be $35.95 sir. That can't be right? Yes sir, 20 finger dinner is... Me;stop, I didn't order a dinner, just chicken & fries. Hang on, let me get some help. I waited while they cooked 4 baskets of tenders (not a problem, I like them hot) frymaster came to the front to explain the wait and I told him it was fine with me. When they were ready the same gentleman came around the wall and specifically popped up the top to display the fingers. When I got home, which is a 3 min drive I discovered that the bottom 14 fingers were Luke warm with hot ones thrown on top... Shady, sad.They're fortunate I find their batter better than others and I love their sauce choices.

Stopped for a sandwich at 7:55. They told me they close in 5 minutes and a sandwich would take 15-20 minutes to cook. I asked what I could order and they told me everything is cooked to order and would take longer than 5 minutes. I thanked them for wasting my time. Checked the hours and they don’t close til 10. I am baffled that a business would turn away a paying customer simply because the employees don’t feel like doing their job. Terribly run. Terrible attitude. The owners and staff should be embarrassed.

Very slow service. More than 35 minutes with only a few others there. Cashier had a really bad attitude, complaining about having to work longer since people still coming in. Really made us feel unwelcome. And it was an hour before closing time. Food was good. However no ketchup for our fries. Floor filthy.

My first time actually ordering, the first time after waiting at the drive thru speaker I was told wings would take :20. This time waited a good :10 at the speaker to be told they were short staffed, while you hear silliness in the background. Waited :30 for 20 wings when told :10. 20 wings and I couldn't get 2 flavors without being charged twice. 2nd and LAST! Why is it always us? So I spoke my mind at the window, I guess they are showing me' :25

The two GMs of the location that we talked to do not care about the needs of handicap people. One of them was parked in a handicap spot while he was in there working. The other one, a lady, was parked in the blue stripped area. So both of them were blocking access for people in wheelchairs or others who have need of handicap parking. When we brought it to there attention the GM who was working in the kitchen looked at us and acted like it was OK and just fine and that obviously we are the one who are the problem. We left and will never go back. And if you have any handicap issues, or care about people that do, I encourage you to take your business elsewhere. And just to let you know, two spots down there was non-handicap parking that they both could have used because there was only one set of customers in the store at that time.
