Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

While I'm out running errands this Zaxby's is my go to place. They have improved tremendously. The decor is nice, and customer service has also improved. Mostly there isn't a wait. I like it when the chicken is crispy. They are on point here lately with it.

Went in before 9pm and they don't close till 10pm. They said they don't do dine in orders at that time so I left. That BS!!!! Why are they even open!!!!!!

The crew is always rude. Like you work in customer service, try saying hello or smiling once in a while

I ordered in the app. My food was extremely old, the bread was hard, the chicken was not fresh and literally everything from the customer service to the food was horrible! The fresh had been sitting there all day and were so dry I nearly chocked trying to eat them. I was not given any sauce nor was I offered any and I would normally get sauce with every meal! This is the store in Blanchard and I am definitely seeking a refund, I don’t want another meal if it’s going to be like this, very disappointed!! Worst $14 I ever spent!!

i went to zaxbys at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, i’m not sure if they have only one person working but yall need to hire more!!! this lady wouldn’t even order my food in the drive through because she “had another customer” if you’re a drive through restaurant yall should be able to handle one customer inside and one through the drive through!! not coming back!

I am not a fan of any chicken place, I only come here with my wife.
I have not been here in over a year at this sane location. We both ordered Cobb salad with grilled chicken.
Wow. Biden economics sure is working just as they say!
Tiny piece of chicken and the salad bowel has definitely shrunk while price is up.
I know everything has, but geez there is other higher protein options cheaper than this, that's for sure.

Needs new management, I showed up at 8pm and was the ONLY person in the drive-thru and there was not any customers inside either. It took 30 minutes for them to get me one combo. I had to walk inside to get it, and they STILL hadn’t finished it. Meanwhile the employees are walking around doing nothing.

Stopped at zaxbys for some tenders. The line was long as it was peak hours but the guys inside were doing there bestest to get us going. The young lady at the window i think her name was Megan. Was super sweet and the nicest human-being ever. I just know they were stressed trying to get everyone’s things in order. The nasty customers probably didn’t help but they got us thought and Megan was so sweet and apologized for the wait. Just her alone makes me want to come back. The food was good and the drinks were cold. Thanks Megan for making a bad day great.
