Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The restaurant was clean, and the layout was pretty nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food came in a timely manner, and the order was exactly what we ordered with zero mistakes. The food was great as we all enjoyed or meals. The staff seemed to be very patient as I watched them peacefully deal with a table of disruptive customers that were very demanding and rude. Great place to dine-in.

They have the best salads. Worth every penny.. the employee are always so nice and hard working .. I have never had a bad experience here.

Yall this place is my favorite fast food place just because of how nice the people are. Sometimes I’m not even hungry for zaxbys but I choose it anyways bc of the customer service. I always leave here smiling

Service was great. However food was lack luster. I usually visit the bossier location but decided to check this one out since I was close by. 10 minutes home and the chicken tasted like it was refried and was hard, as well as the fries were luke warm at best. I'm not one for negative reviews but for my love of zaxbys I was very disappointed this time.

The food is horrible the wings taste like toenails and the club sandwich tastes like old garlic sauce and don’t get me started about the service the workers were all on break and in the bathroom their were poop markings on the floor come on now

First time stopping in shreveport and I love some Zaxbys. So naturally I'm over hyping this meal. But it really hit the spot. 14 hours on the road, just wanna eat and kick back. And I did just that. Great food, door dashed it to the motel. Delicious, just as I ordered it. and the driver jeff was too notch. Very pleased with this meal. I'm picky, so it's saying something that all my little quirks, and request were taken care of. Two thumbs up guys.

It seems no matter how many times I try and give this location a chance it's always something. I honestly feel like they just hire lazy workers. They often forget food items, one order I got the 8 great boneless meal and they literally just gave me the boneless wings. No fries, or toast and there was so much sauce on the wings that it ran out of the container and spilled all over me. And then today my husband drove through and got our usual and we both got a large drink but he comes home with a medium. When I asked him what happened he said when he mentioned it should've been a large they respond "this is all we had". But you still gave my husband a large? Not only that but they still charged us for the large drink. Never again...

I love going to the Zaxby's on Mansfield Road. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good .

Chicken was dry. Tacos were refrigerator cold . The chicken was also hard. The salad was pitiful as well. I don’t know what all the hype is about those tacos were horrible barely put lettuce on it d put a tiny bit on sauce on the. m.

Very bad chicken tacos

I pulled up to the drive through after placing my order on my mobile app. They said it wasn’t quite ready so pull up to the window. When I pulled up they said that is not ready to pull around the other side where the entrance is and they’ll bring it out to me. Before I pulled around I reiterated what I had ordered with condiments and everything. They said no problem. I pulled around to the entrance and sat there for 15 minutes waiting. I decided to walk inside and see what was up. Mind you it was a small order. It was sitting in the Doordash delivery pickup window. Without my drink. They were missing two of my sauces and the fries didn’t hand seasoning on them. That’s just shows a lack of management and uncaring staff in general.
