Found this place searching Google while visiting Ferriday. The five star rating is not a fluke. The home made hamburgers were delicious according to my mother and grandma and from a small bite I managed to get. 😆 I will definitely be back. During the week! 😉
Owner is Mark Harris, Chef par excellence. Forget about the menu. Mark cooks homemade food right in front of you. Warning! Do NOT say you are starving. You will not be able to eat all the food he puts in front of you, despite being the best food you have ever had in your life. Everyone who drops by to eat here is friendly. I drive an hour just to have lunch.

Was visiting family in Ferriday and since there isn't much to do in the area we decided to drive down to the area where my grandmother was brought up and came across this little diner. Ordered burgers and they were delicious! The proprietor was extremely friendly. Note: I started this review in 2019 when the visit was still fresh in my mind and for some reason I didn't finish it.
