Carter Bar and Grill, located in the Club House on the golf course, has undergone a significant improvement in its offerings. While past experiences may have been disappointing, with subpar service and food quality, the restaurant has since turned things around. Recent visits have been quite positive, with delicious dishes such as the Cuban Sandwich, Burger, and Mariah's lasagna, all complemented by excellent margaritas and lemon drops. The servers have been described as helpful, cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing quick and attentive service. Although the steak may have been slightly overcooked on one occasion, the overall food quality has been praised as well worth another try.
