It was OK. The business inside was good. The food was good, the service was good but the atmosphere leaves much to desire. It was over $70 for 2 adults and 1 child, (she is 7 years old)... A little much considering.

Used to be the best place to eat, don't know what happened but it has gone down. Tacos were so greasy we couldn't eat them.
I'm from California and this food, service and atmosphere compares with any Mexican Restaurants in the Los Angeles area! Can't wait until I go back again.
I have always loved Chavo's, but this time, the food was not good. My chicken fajitas tasted like burnt grissle. I don't think I will go back.

Mexican food trucks will have better quality food. 2 things from the menu meet those qualities. Everything else is more like fast food mexican food but with resturant pricing.
Waiters are nice, and make sure you have everything you need.
I wouldn't recommend this place due to pricing by quality of food and location.

The food was authentic & very taste, the employees were friendly from the cashier to the cook, including the manager. This made for the perfect night, sitting across from the man I've fell in love with, enjoying life, love & awesome

The steak fajita for 2 is the absolute best. We used to have a couple of restaurants that had good fajitas, but this is so good that we no longer want to eat fajitas anywhere else!The food is amazing and the people are great. We highly recommend Chavos!
