The building, all of them, the ones still in bussiness, are old, ran down, and outdated. They have the same window shades, signs, analog bill boards and menue as they did 40+yrs ago when they opened. And the buildings, the 4 stores that has managed to stay open, need repairs and maintenance work. BAD!! And they all need to be brought up to 21st century standards. I use to love chick-a-dilly back in the day. 40+ yrs ago. When I was in school. When we could go off campus for lunch. In magnolia. And life was kicking and booming. When they, all of them, served gizzards. But chick-a-dilly has fallen too far behind the times. And hasn't kept up.

Food is good... that's not the complaint... but I want to know when you look for employees, do you only hire rude and some of the laziest women I have ever met in my life and because of the rudeness... I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!

Woman who takes orders is SUPER RUDE and grouchy. Chicken is hit or miss, might be fresh, might be old, might be too salty, might be old AND too salty. If you go there its best to go around dinner time, 5-6pm. I will not be going back.

After eaiy35 minutes I wasn't sure if I was going to get anything the people working would rather be on there cell phone or talking to someone outside plus they serve there friends before people waiting in there car for 30 or so minutes

Parking: In parking lot that has no room and full of potholes

They’re very busy because it’s the only chicken place in Springhill now. They don’t take cards so you will need cash. The cooks know what they’re doing and you will not be disappointed by the food or the service

Though the chicken is good, the workers are HORRIBLE they treated us so uncivilized that I'm writing this review right after we left! They firstly weren't paying attention at all, then basically threw the food at us causing us to drop the box, then when making sure the food was okay, they screamed at us to go , going up to the window and yelling at us, then they dress in basically pajamas in the workplace environment.
