My family stopped by the Springhill, Louisiana location this evening around 6:15, and unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The whole place felt really out of sorts.

The bathrooms (both men’s and women’s) were unsanitary, and the floors throughout the restaurant were so sticky our shoes were literally peeling off with every step. Around the self-checkout kiosks, there was foaming hand sanitizer all over the sides and floor, just piles of white foam sitting there untouched.

Tables hadn’t been wiped down, and many still had food and trash left on them. We placed our order and waited about 10 minutes. Not a huge deal if it was busy, but it really wasn’t, and no one let us know there’d be a wait.

Employees were more focused on personal conversations than taking care of the lobby. We overheard one of them say, “Well damn, I’m in overdraft. Just go to Dollar Tree instead.” That kind of language really isn’t appropriate with customers around.

We asked to dine in, but our food was packed in to-go boxes and bags anyway. On top of that, three different A/C units were leaking onto the floor.

There was also a young girl, maybe around 10 years old, who was running all over the place—including into the kitchen—with a trash bag tied around her like a cape, pretending to be “Supergirl.” Her guardian was clearly an employee, as she was back in the kitchen and chatting with the workers like she belonged there. It was not only distracting, but definitely not sanitary to have a child in and around the food prep area.

When I finally got our food, I was missing a sauce. No big deal, but while waiting in line to ask for it, the man ahead of me had to wait for his change because the staff was more focused on chatting and being on their phones.

Eventually, one of the workers brought the change and handed another employee a pack of tampons (not in a bag) from Dollar Tree. That employee placed them on the counter while counting back the change, then set them down in front of the fry station, where they stayed.

Trash cans were also just sitting out in the middle of the lobby, not in their proper spots.

Overall, the visit left a really bad impression. I’m only sharing all this in hopes it helps improve the experience for future customers.

Almost always the staff is confused about what I ordered from the mobile app. This location could really benefit from new management and employees that actually take their job seriously and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service.

Always a great save for anytime meal. My favorite is Bacon, Egg, & Cheese biscuit. Usually clean. I'm not big on the computer order boards, but what do you do, Learn... Nice to have a public bathroom. Trusted taste no matter where you go.

Every time I order it's not right. Ordered the two cheese burger meal got one cheese burger and one hot and spicy. Won't go back again, always wrong when I ordered thru the drive thru....

I ordered 3 big Mac meals medium and 2 kid meals small,they charged me 45 dollars and none of the big Mac had any meat in them

Horrible, sent in a mobile order. Arrived and they said they can’t do mobile orders and can’t provide refund before 48 hrs. Toothless manager was very rude and raised her voice.
