Every time I have had an interaction with this place it’s been terrible. I called today hoping for a carry out order and the woman on the phone by the name of kai or something similar answered and asked me if i was doing delivery or carry out, i said carry out and she said they currently aren’t doing either. I said okayyy and asked if I could come up there and place an order. She then proceeded to tell me their closed then hung up on me. Always TERRIBLE service.

Is it common for Pizza Hut to try to steal from their customers? Order placed by phone. Paid on debit card at time of purchase. Receipts and bank records confirm this. Yet they show up over an hour later demanding “the rest of the money”. Bad enough I have involved the local police dept.

Pizza Hut, you've got to do better. You need a crew that has customer service skills, as well as food service skills. For them to be rude to regular customers, uncalled for. I also got hung up on when I called the store. I'll be leaving an official complaint with your offices, not just a Google review.

This place sucks ordered and order was all messed up forgot to make 1 of my pizzas and 1 of my pastas when I asked for my money back they couldn't so gave a credit cause no manager guess what don't want to come back so now I have a credit for
