They put eight pepperoni on my medium pepperoni pizza. It was literally one per slice. I was told by the shift manager that 8-10 per medium pizza was all they were permitted to do.

Haven’t been there in a while, but was shocked at the lack of professionalism the teenagers who were running the place showed. No adults to b seen! The young girl who took the orders acted as we were interrupting her visit with her friends. We were the only customers in there (2:00 pm) and there were 3 or 4 young people who worked there just standing at the ordering desk talking. We had to go up and ask for napkins, forks, cheese and the girl at desk was put out that we interrupting her chat! We won’t be back. Hunts Brothers is looking better all the time and much cheaper!!Why were these kids not in school, I wondered?

Since they renovated the place, it's been an ok place to sit and eat. And I think so far the employee attitudes, and professionalism has been better since the renovation. But just as before the renovation, they say your order will be ready by a specific time, yet when arriving at that time, it isn't ready and you end up waiting up to 45 extra minutes.

I got the two medium special for twenty bucks with the garlic bread and cinnamon sticks I specified to the lady I want it phone in because I didn't like bone out and she gave me phone out so I had to order the bone in again which was another 15-20 minutes I was in there an hour

The food is good. Occasionally an order is wrong or something left out when they're swamped but mistakes happen. Every incident I've had, Stormie has went above and beyond to make it right.

Honestly I’ve waited 10-20 min on their phone system multiple times to order and have had to hang up and call back also multiple times. Their non local answering system sucks.

I called about 4:40 pm, spoke with the answering service, asked about the daily special and placed an order for carry out from the Springhill, LA location. Upon order completion, I was advised my order would be ready at 5:04pm and total payable at pickup would be $16 and some change. At 5:05pm I arrived at the pickup window and was asked to pay $27 and some change, and advised the answering service must not have applied the pricing for the daily special and the manager refused to make the adjustment. She said I had to call back and ask the call center to redo the order. So, I pulled away from the window, parked and called. The store answered (not the call center). We laughed and then I called back and reached the call center. The representative immediately transferred my call to the store when I said I needed to make a change to my order. He didn't even let me finish what I was saying before switching me over. By this time I was beyond frustrated and it's now 5:30pm. Changing tactic, I got online and created a new order. Then, I returned to the pickup window, waited a few minutes to be greeted. Now it's 5:45pm. The employee confirmed the correct total and finally passed the order through the window. That whole charade was ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS! By the time I got home to eat, the food wasn't fresh because it was probably made at 5pm. There are only two pizza places in this tiny village: Pizza Hut and a locally owed joint. I'll not be returning to Pizza Hut. I'm only giving my time and money to a business who deserves it by providing good customer service.
