I went to Sonic Drive In located in Springhill,La. I ordered the smash burger combo and it was very cold. I asked for the server to remake my order to only end up with the same cold food. The service was terrible and I will not be going back there to order any food. I paid too much money for horrible food and service.

Literally just left the drive through because the person who was taking the order was rude, cut me off 3 times and finally before I was even halfway through my order she cuts me off to tell me the total for my order which was nowhere close to being finished. Not to mention that it was drive through ONLY and the app is down!

The ice cream machine stays out of service. To where its just a joke at this point... the meat taste old like it's been left out all day and night. How do these places stay open being run this way.. your order will be wrong that's the only consistency .. Do better!
