So, I've been sitting in my stall long enough for the flashing red light to stop flashing, and still no service. At this point, it has become a challenge to see how long it will take and how many button presses to get them to do their jobs. 10 minutes so far. Stall #9 2:45 pm on 9/18/23 Check #106892 Hey sonic, this stall was occupied for 40 mins on an $18 order. Hope that is profitable for you.
Need to fix there attitude they should be shut down already ? complaining about orders too long and if im done yet when just on order #2 out of 3 ! thats right 3 simple number order combos on the menu ! do better or shut down already God awful costumer service will not be getting our money anymore

The food is OK if your on the run only. The ice cream is great. The service is horrible. They allow you to sit in drive through for over 10 minutes till you give up and go to the window to be told that drive thru is out of order. Most of the employees there have bad and unprofessional attitudes and have a way of showing that they can care less about anything and that they are selfishly there to just get a paycheck.

I went here after work, preordered the food online to be picked up at 1005pm. Store doesn't close until 11. I got there around 1002 pushed the button there were still workers bring food to cars and what not. At 1015 they were locking up. I kept trying to get their attention to tell them I wasn't given my food and was ignored. Very disappointed and will not be back. Be aware of ordering from this place online!

Under par food for a Sonic and they are unable to stock simple things like bananas at this place. Overall do not recommend going here. There are better place is right down the street that cost less and you get better food with less attitude.
