My boyfriend and I stopped by there about 10:30 p.m. and not only was the girl at the window extremely rude but she also rounded up my change for donation WITHOUT ASKING! We both ordered a grande nacho and they had hardly anything on them and was actually missing a few ingredients! I will not go back to this location mostly because of the poor service. I know it was just before closing but I also work in food service and that's just how it goes sometimes. A little customer service goes a long ways even though you might be tired and ready to go home you have to remember that without the customer you do not have a job!

I asked for someone to take my order and the girls told me to use the thing upfront to place order. I then asked for help I was having a very hard time finding fries 🤪and once again I asked if someone would just take my order. The cook told the girl I needed help but she never bothered to come help me so I finally left Because no one would help

Springhill store has a whole staff of inept and rude workers. The food is always below standard. 0/10. In a small town the customer service workers should least try a little bit and not be so damn rude. Train your staff better.

I went here and I thought they got my order and I had two bags and one box and I checked and all of are orders were wrong I was disgusted we had chalupas that had chicken when we were only supposed to have one we had burritos and one of my friends tried it and said there is something in it I am disappointed and will never come here again!.

Very rude. She talked very fast and had an attitude. It took three people to give me my food and ALL of them had an attitude. I paid for two sour cream cups and there is NONE in them bc they caught an attitude. If you get confused by how fast they talk, they will get mad at you for not understanding. Hope this helps!

As a customer, food is ok and usually fast to be completed after it is ordered. The problem is that they will no longer take your order. We now have to do part of the paid employees job for them. We now have to figure out how to navigate an oversized tablet that doesn't work half the time and by the time you get through it you could have just gone somewhere else and been enjoying your food already. I dont go out to eat to work to place the order. Why pay employees if we have to do it ourselves. May as well just make something at home instead of fighting with going through each and every separate thing they have on this half no working machine to even just figure out what they have since there isn’t a big menu with everything on it as it used to be. We pay for the service so we DON'T have to do it ourselves. As a doordash driver, they are very fast to complete the order, but don't verify who picks it up. They are usually nice to drivers.
I ordered a ground beef grill cheese burrito and this is what I got. The cheese isn’t even melted. And it looks like they rushed to make it. I’ve had better Taco Bell. Won’t come here again

I went here and went through the drive-thru; I ordered 3 spicy potato tacos and a 5-layer burrito. The girl on the speaker even repeated my order to me.. when I got my food; my 5-layer burrito was barely even 1-layer.. this is the first time I've ever had an issue with my food..

I really love Taco Bells chalupa I like that it's crispy and yet every time I go to this Taco Bell I get like a flatbread when I order a chalupa it's not cooked all the way. It's not crispy. It's kind of doughy
