Food was good only problem was we ordered 3 crave boxes and instead of making 3 bixes the crammed everything into two boxes whuch mixed everyones order up and then they left out 2 of the chalupas. They employee argued with us about the order then went back inside and ignored us for 30 minutes. Finally had to go back through the drive-thru and argue with them again then they finally brought the rest of the order out. Spent an hour to get our food that we had irdered online ahead of time.

They never give me everything I order. I have yet to get a hard shell taco that is in one piece. It depends on who is working as to the burrito you get no matter what you order.

I love Taco Bell.. The staff is friendly, update July 12,2023The food is terrible now. They don't put much beef in their orders! You eat tortillas and a little lettuce.

I'm usually pretty understanding when it comes to fast food service, but this is getting ridiculous. Every time I go to this Taco Bell my order is wrong, or I'm given a completely different order. Something is usually missing. This time I ordered a steak quesadilla and when I got home it was only half of what it should have been and what was in the bag looked like someone had intentionally stuffed it in to make a quesadilla ball. Will not return, this was the last straw, I have no more patience left for this business.

The manager training new workers ought to set an example for the new employee when working the window & doesn't need to rush the customer or employee! Because good customer service and a smile along with acknowledging that the customer is speaking to them. Otherwise that customer may go to McDonalds or Son8c and get a big SMILE from workers. Because see we the customers are why they and you have a job!! Smile it feels good!!

Very rude employees. We pulled into the driveway in an ambulance to get some breakfast, we were informed for the first time ever, they do not allow more than one order in the drive thru. We pulled around and parked in the parking lot to go inside. Staff was very unfriendly, didn’t acknowledge our existence. We place our order through the kiosk. I find it very unnecessary that they were not busy at all and couldn’t even say hello.

Employees were extremely rude. Did not get part of my order, they got an attitude when I inquired about a receipt or a way to show that I had not gotten my entire order. Had planned to buy more to-go, decided against it after such poor service.
