Trash. No one ever answers the call for order even when no body is here. Food is cold taste like it’s been sitting out for hours. We ask for ranch and got a different kind of dip that we did want. When we asked for ranch the manager said in a very rude tone you gone have to pay for that that’s not what you asked for. When I explained we got the wrong dip and it was not what we asked for she told me you ain’t gettin nothin unless you pay. Very unprofessional. Next visit customer service was garbage again. The girl taking our order was rude and had a bad attitude and a smart mouth.

I used to love thos sonic but here the last year or so the service has been absolutely terrible. The workers that bring your food out have been plain out rude. And the food looks like a 2 yr old put it together and threw it in the bag.

Ordered 5 drinks, and an order of mozzarella sticks with 2 ranches 2 marinara sauce. Had to flag Tatesha down bc we didn’t get the ranch or the RT44 water, simple fix right? Nah she takes both my marinaras and gives me 2 ranches but handed them to me lid to lid so I don’t see the sht till she was in the door. Had to pull around and order a drink to replace the crawfish water just to be able to order sum marinara, placed a mobile order after 10 minutes of the red button being pressed and not getting served but not seeing any other customers? Finally got my sauce n drink go right down the road with the drinks for the guys for fireworks, and they’re all watered down and filled to the top with ice.

The man came to my window and told me my tap didn’t go through. The reason it didn’t is due to them bringing my drink out 2 seconds after i ordered it. Man was very rude about it!

I purchased two drinks from sonic in sterlington Louisiana. The payment went through in my bank and the manager came out and said it did not and wanted me to pay again. I showed him where the payment went through on my bank statement and he still insisted on me paying again. I refused. I gave the drinks back and said don't worry I will be contacting corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I could give it a 0. The manager “Tesha” short African American female that works nights. Refused to make our order bc we ordered on the app. We were out side and WAITED in the stall for the food and said they can’t remake it bc it’s a “call ahead order” whatever that is.. and proceeded to say the storm manger Sam told her not to remake it.. customer service is horrible and they need a new “manger” or whatever you would like to call her.. bc she was BAD!! I will be contacting corporate.. thank you Tesha 🥰

Im about to just give up going here. My wife and i went here often until the laziness took over this location. I pay extra for extra blast toppings and its NEVER mixed in. Just thrown on top and charged a premium for it.
