We had a delivery time of 6:42pm and it’s 7:16pm and no pizza in sight. We called and they said they only had one delivery person. Then don’t give a time you can’t meet. The pizza will be cold. We will not order from here again!

I was told oh we canceled your order a hour ago because we didn’t have anyone to bring it to you because we are short on drivers. They didn’t even bother to call and tell me my order was cancelled . Got a flyer in the mail at my house. Call to see if this store delivered to my house they said no. The flyer I got in the mail was for delivery but only from this store.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. We did quit going to this one because the quality is always bad but tried it again last night and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was stale, hard, barley had sauce, cheese and toppings and tasted like it’s been sitting in a fridge for a week and they just heated it up in a microwave. I've had very poor service with this branch of Pizza Hut. Order not right several times. Raw pizza today after they dropped part of our order and we had to wait all the while our raw pizza was cooling off. All the said was they were very busy.
