Its hit or miss if you get your correct order. Have waited 20-25 min for just a drink order. While other people coming in after us get bigger orders.

Wasn't so great this time. I order online confirm my stall for pickup it took ten mind to get order. And it was only one other vehicle there in the drive thru. Once the car hop bought out my order my blast had melted. My burger was cold with cheese and I don't eat cheese and I had that in my order. I didn't say nothing because I was trying to get back to work. But oh well that it for me eating out. This location have always been the best but Today wasn't a good day. I ask for extra mayonnaise packs. And the two she gave me had something nasty on them. When I told her they was dirty she rug them on the side of her pant leg. Then tried to give me two more packs. But at this point I was over it. With kindness I thank her and left.

Waited 35 minutes on a drink and a wrap and it was terrible. I see why nobody eats there Taco Bell can’t get open fast enough I told all my drivers never go there .ordered a burger for my brother it was terrible he said

First of all don’t come to this location unless you have 50 minutes to spare. The guy messed up my order I said hey my burger was suppose to have cheese on it. The waitress goes in never comes back. I push the red button wait an additional 20 minutes. Then they bring me out a cold slice of cheese

Half of the kiosks don't work and those that do, half of those can't take payment. Staff is friendly and short handed. Food is Sonic.

Side note, they load those blasts up!

Don’t bother going, more stalls are broken than working.

It has gotten worse, went to 4 different stalls that were not working. Despite its convenient location guess I’ll drive the few miles to a Sonic that has stalls that actually work.

Works in a pinch when the kids are hungry leaving school but I have to say one negative thing is that the drive thru experience is less than desirable. The intercom doesn't seem to work well and then when you pull up to the window there always seems to have flies there... so you roll your window and seemingly invite them into your cab.

Otherwise, everyone is kind, the food is fast and accurate.

The manager Nick (had his name tag ) and the girl caydence (also had a name tag) were outstanding last night. Running back and forth they were doing an excellent job at getting orders out and making sure people were satisfied. Both were very polite and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Shoutout to the hard workers at this Sonic!

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service and Mediocre Food

This review has been a long time coming. I've given this place three tries over the course of several months, hoping for an improvement. Unfortunately, each visit left me disappointed.

Service: The service has been consistently poor across all three visits. Each time, mistakes were made with my order, and getting staff's attention to correct them was an ordeal. When they did attempt to fix the issues, the rushed efforts were evident in the quality of the result.

Food: The food, unfortunately, doesn't make up for the service. The bacon was consistently overcooked to the point of being more like a thick potato chip, crumbling and tasting burnt. The burger meat was better than what you’d get at a fast food chain like McDonald's, but the assembly looked haphazard, as if thrown together from opposite ends of the kitchen. The fries were just okay—thankfully, it's hard to mess those up.

Big notable frustration: they charge for soda refills. I understand charging after multiple refills, but to be charged for the very first one is unreasonable, especially when drinks are served packed full of ice with a minimal amount of liquid. Kids constantly complain about this.

Overall: The combination of terrible service, barely mediocre food, and extra charges for basic things like soda refills makes this a place I would only revisit if someone else is paying—and even then, I'd try to convince them to go elsewhere.
