Nice ladies, great service!! They get the food out quick, and will push the car in front of you if they are waiting on food, so they can get your snowcone order!! The food is great and the snowcones are NOT watered down!! You need to stop in and see them!!

Great and quick service! Very polite to customers and offers plenty of suggestions. The loaded potato was delicious and freshly made, but I wished it had a bit more heat and seasoning. My friend loved her quesadilla as well, the salsa that came with it was perfect. Everything we got was decent and I would definitely come back.

The previous owners of Sugar Shack are far superior to the new owners. I was 4th in line and waited 55 minutes to be told they were out of potatoes. They should have had someone outside telling customers they were out of stuff as there were 4 or 5 people inside, especially since the line was to the road at this point. Since they were out of potatoes I ordered a quesadilla and it was terrible. They definitely don’t use the same ingredients as the past owners. On a different day I waited 30 minutes for 4 sno cones. I was second in line and the people in front of me ordered 3 sno cones. I won’t be back.

Very nice people. Atmosphere I guess is good since you pick up your food at drive up service and go home.
I paid almost $20 for two snocones waited and sweated outside the window for 30mins just for my order to come out wrong plus it was a catfish bc it looks nothing like the pictures
