Mom and I have been craving crawfish, so it was time for a visit to Dixie Land Mudbugs! We got two of the 4lb bags, but 2lbs each would have been plenty! There was a good mix of huge crawfish and little ones. Each bag came with one piece of corn and two potatoes. I hate spicy food, and these were perfect for me. Mom would have preferred a little more spice! It was very good and I'm going back for the gumbo next time! You can call in your order ahead of time. Definitely worth the drive.
