This place is a hidden gem. When I found it on Google I thought it was just a restaurant. It's actually a liquor and snack store with a restaurant bar. I got a club with the potato casserole and it was fantastic. It's definitely worth the walk over from the truck stop to have such a great meal.

Driving from AL to TX and found this gem along the way. The service was the most friendly I’ve seen in a long time and the burger was the best, messiest burger!! I would highly recommend stopping here.

If you are anywhere near Tallulah, La. we highly recommend a stop at the Farmer’s Club. Everyone was so welcoming including the other guests. We had a wonderful dinner on our way to Starkville. Some of the best steaks we have had in quite some time. Compliments to the chef & staff for a job well-done. We will back again.

I went in on a hunch and left out, not wanting to continue my drive. That Gumbo had plenty of ingredients, and the Rib plate was off the rack (wink wink)! Definitely saved in my list of places to stop as a trucker. I will most certainly stop here again.
Parking: Their lot in big, but I had pulled up across the street at the truck stop and walked over, exercise option.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Farmers Club Restaurant while traveling, and it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my meal was the salmon, which was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The asparagus was equally impressive, delicious, and seasoned to perfection, complementing the dish beautifully. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect stop on the road. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant to anyone passing through! Friendly staff. A nice gem. Forget about the fast “food” places. Stop in here & get a real meal!

Great Food, Great Service, hidden gem for fellow truck drivers worth the small walk from ta or loves.
My husband and I went for supper and I had the catfish basket, he got a shrimp plate and it was delicious. We took my husband’s brother while he was visiting and we all got the club sandwiches they are huge and very filling, we couldn’t eat all of it. Very good food and a lot of choices on the menu.

This place is super cute! The staff is very kind and the food was really good. I had the catfish and shrimp. My husband wanted the beef tips, but they were sold out (it was 2pm afterall) so he had a burger instead. We were both full and enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

I wanted some Gumbo and Catfish. So my wife and I decided to stop and eat. This place is really good!! The chicken sausage gumbo was delicious. I should’ve gotten a bowl! I had the catfish with a side of Asparagus. It was wonderful!! My wife got the club sandwich. It was magnanimous as well. If a restaurant has a good club sandwich then you already know everything will be delicious!!
