The food was abysmal. The fries were unsalted, the burgers were drier than normal, the burgers also were not prepared correctly. The worst of all were the drinks. Not sure what was wrong with them, but its like they had no carbonation and they waited until after they were poured to add the ice. Easily the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.

We were on a road trip and we stopped here to get breakfast. Initially, I went to the door and it was locked and somebody came and opened it. They were not very pleasant. Then I go inside to the bathroom and when I am done I left to go back outside to meet with my wife (who had just let our dog out and fed her)… we then head back to the door and it was still locked (at about 6:15AM) and the woman looked annoyed and waved us to go through the drive thru. There were about 3-4 women sitting around when this occurred. Based on this, we just left. I didn’t want to give money to this location and we opted to wait 25 min to go to the next one. Not very professional or pleasant.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband wanted to try the mcdonaldland shake. It was paid for everything with the meal. The worker proceeded to say “we don’t have milkshakes” which is crazy because it’s on the menu. She didn’t ask him what else he wanted to drink or anything, she just fixed him a drink. So he yes, poured the drink out in front of her. If y’all don’t have milkshakes or shakes or ice cream whatever don’t put it on the damn menu. The service was horrid with the “huh? Huh?” Like she didn’t understand what he was saying, he wasn’t speaking low. I hate this McDonald’s.

Missed items in my order through the drive thru. Got our drinks incorrect. Went in and had to wait 15+ minutes on a hotcakes and sausage for my child. Very frustrated by the time I left. Would not come back here
We ordered food and I asked for a toy. The register lady said I just need to order a drink to be able to get one. So I said okay when we went to pick up our order they said that I had to purchase it and told them that the register person said to order a drink to get it. So I am not sure what was going on but don't appreciate being harassed about it. When other locations give them for free.

The employees seemed as if they hated their job. Rarely acknowledged the people waiting in line in the store. Half the food was cold. Their coke tasted as if they haven't cleaned their soda machine in ages of there isn't a filter in the machine.

It took us over an hour to get our food and be able to leave eating here. We stopped based on a review showing up that there is a playground here- there is not. Inside was generally clean, except the restroom was gross. It had a wet floor sign in front like it had been recently cleaned, but one stall was out of toilet paper entirely and the other had one sitting out to use. And it smelled. After waiting a really long time, our food arrived, but we only received half of our order. Had to go stand and wait another 20 minutes for that food to be made. There was almost no customers when we arrived, then a busy wave hit, and then it went back to no customers before we left. Or before we obtained the second half of our food. I would never stop at this McDonald’s again.
