The only thing good about this place was the lady who took our order in the drive thru and the lady who brought out our food that we were waiting on. We ordered our food, paid and made it to the 2nd window which we got met with attitude, got handed canned drinks instead of fountain drinks. Got told that they didn’t have cups when clearly we seen them thru the window. We asked about them and the lady kept telling us that they didn’t have cups. So Instead of trying to argue, we just said okay and proceeded with getting our food. The food we got was cold except for the fries that had to got brought out to us but even though had no salt on them. Overall, we will not be returning to this McDonald’s location.

Signs say they open at 5am its 5:30 and all the lights are on but doors are locked. I called and was told they will open when they are ready just wait. 4 cars in the drive thru waiting for service

They did our order bad the fries are burnt the hot & spicy Burger the chicken is not cooked good. I asked a worker for ketchup and they just looked at me and left I find that very disrespectful of their part. I also asked for a worker to fill my cup with sweet tea because the machine didn't have any and they did it all mad they looked at me weird when they handed the sweet tea. If they're not gonna treat people nicely then why even work their if you now you finna need to be nice to people. I understand if they have a bad day but everybody working their was in a not so good mood and the food wasn't cooked good enought like if you not finna do your work good why try and work their.

Just McDonald's. The service was okay, the drive thru rep was not friendly but unconcern. The delivery person was very professional n polite even apologize for the delay.

Christmas Eve arrived at the drive through and sat for 13 min. ONE CAR ahead of us. Placed our order and sat another 15 min waiting for our food. The rude lady working the second window came to the window without our order stating that they couldn’t find the receipt. Food finally came out incorrect. Had to wait 5 more additional minutes for the error. After 30 min in the drive through it was cold and the workers were so rude. If I was managing this place or the owner I would be embarrassed. Worse stop along the way. Do better!
Best coffee in town....service is always slow. The McDonald's app is not user friendly and does not incorporate the senior prices....

Our sandwiches were prepared and sat in the bag while our fries were supposedly being made. While standing at the counter I could see that no baskets were in the fryer and no one was at the fryer station. After about 3-5 minutes one of the workers said I could go sit and that they would bring it out to me when it was ready. I ask "well could I at least have our sandwiches before they get cold?" I went to our table and both my wife and I finished our sandwiches and yet still no fries. So we had to go back to the counter and ask for our fries, but asked for them to go, since we had to get back on the road. (When we were at the counter we could smell Marijuana coming from the kitchen) Anyways we left with our fries and hit the road. Our fries were under cooked and soggy not to mention no napkins in the bag. Not what McDonald's fries are supposed to be like. A total waste of our time and money!

Stood at the lobby counter for 10 minutes and no employee came to help. Multiple employees walked by and even got something from behind the counter but not once did they say anything to me. Not hello, or even we'll be right with you. Walked out without ordering instead of waiting any longer- lady behind me also walked out.
