Terrible customer service. Went in and ice cream was melting in the freezer. That doesn’t seem food safe. Store is always dirty and the employees have the nastiest attitudes. Go anywhere else and you will have a much better experience

Honestly the worst Baskin Robbin’s in the city. Employees are rude and the manager does not care. No one in here smiles, the store is dirty. Cakes are sloppily decorated and they still have Halloween cakes for sale weeks after Halloween is over. These definitely are not fresh. Go anywhere but here and you will have an immensely better experience.

Today I went to get a banana split the two workers in there were not customer friendly. The ice cream was soft by the time I got home I had a cup of milk. Everything was mailed to the Sunday was poorly made horrible, which is unusual for this store, but there were two new girls working in there today they really need to be retrained

Came in at 9:15PM. I get they are getting ready to close but they had all the windows open in the ice cream coolers. Our ice cream was melted as the employee put it on the cone. The employee also had gloves on, but she had on long fake nails that came out of the glove. I don’t recommend coming to this location as you will get melted ice cream.

Twice now I’ve ordered fresh packed ice cream and got pre-packed. I’m not sure why this is happening but it’s aggravating. I’m paying the price for fresh packed.

The App doesn't update on products that they are out of and no manager on duty to assist. Young staff has to text manager and wait for response. Very time consuming and inconvenient. Come in person so not to be disappointed.

This Baskin Robbins is the only one in a large area of the Westbank. It stays busy. I find that they keep a wide variety of flavors and service has been good when I have gone.

Bought the world’s most okayest ice cream cake for my 7 year old son. 12 servings and it came out to $44!! What!? But I needed the cake right then, so went against my gut and bought it.
It was chocolate chip ice cream on funfetti cake. It was exactly that- chocolate chip ice cream sitting on top of cake. No crunchy things or layers that would make the texture or flavors more interesting. The cake was also cut into a weird non-rectangle shape, as though someone messed up cutting it and just rounded it out, taking off some of the cake in the process (but that was okay bc nobody wanted more.) Our bday guests let me know Walmart has an ice cream cake freezer in their bakery section, and I won’t miss it next time.
The place itself needs a paint job, and the pedestal table has just a raw edge of plywood.
