I’m so upset the food is disgusting and they never make it right asked for a burger with no pickles or mustard and that’s exactly what it had asked for mozzarella sticks and they were so burnt they shrunk and when I broke them in half the cheese was black so disappointing

Run Forest, Run! The lady at the drive thru is SO RUDE! Omg I ask a simple question and she acted like I asked her a physics mathematical equation! Ma’am a simple yes or no would suffice because your menu is GARBAGE! Thanks but no thanks! Went up the street to McDonald’s and the guy in the drive thru was the sweetest! Thank God for choices, yo!!

This once was the most miserable restaurant on Terry Parkway. I unintentionally didn't go back for 3 years. This burger king is back on the menu now. There's an older gentleman who is very professional and gets everything right,usually in the evening. I try to let it go, and I'm glad to give a second, third, and fort try because I know staff changes everything.
Parking: The back door is usually locked, just to keep the kids from abusing the bathroom 12 feet from the back entrance. They would turn everything on,throw paper everywhere, and dart out the back door without employees knowing they were in the restaurant. Now you have to pass the counter in front to use the facilities. Also ,the drink machine is between the restrooms and front counter, so I'll bet that stolen drinks were also a problem. It's not ghetto king, just a few bad kids every few years. I've been eating here since 1983.
Recommended dishes: Bacon Cheeseburger, French Fries, Whopper Jr, Hamburger

Bad customer service and set my food down for like 15 minutes while someone else was in front of me waiting on their food. When they could of easily ask them to wait in the parking lot, food was cold and sprite was flat. Wish I could give them 0 star

This location is terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this one.
Order was not warm when we got it. My double whopper was spicy for some reason. Sauce that they gave us had a puncture on the foil (looks like a knife or finger nail hole).
The guy at the window kept messing up our order. Forgot our drink, then proceeds to give wrong drink. Left out a nugget order even though I had him repeat my order first before paying. Seems like he was trying to do too much and focus was not there.
Wait was very long. Expect to wait over 15 minutes when it is just one other person in front of you.
The guy also kept saying I got your order don't worry. But kept getting it wrong. Terrible!
