Fastfood atmosphere. I came in close to closing time. Staff hugely patient with me. Very kind. Went over menu. Then came to my table and showed me how to open a blue crab. Food was amazing and a lot of it! Very kind to my service dog. I'll certainly be back next time I'm in New Orleans!

Jeri the cashier is overly friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food is mediocre / bland. Westbank food tastes different than New Orleans (city) food, but I go here out of convenience, only. Also if you want to tip Jeri, you are going to want to, give her cash(in a jar by register) bc she got to split it with the other workers. That ain't right. They do not provide the type of exceptional service that she does. Idk how long she been there but she deserves a raise. And what what kind of pasta don't have no sauce too it? It's dry spaghetti noodles with a side of 'garlic sauce' to pour over it, if you ask for it, which don't be enough to coat nothing.

Fast paced friendly customer service! Delicious food...Yakamein...Garlic noodles...wings...shrimp fried rice made with big fresh shrimps....yes all that and more. Quick dine experience. Prices very reasonable for quantity and quality.

Y’all, I hit the SEAFOOD JACKPOT at the Crawlins Seafood restaurant in Terry City (New Orleans) today—holy DELICIOUSNESS 🦞🔥! Their seafood boil platter is INSANE: snow crab 🦀, plump white shrimp 🦐, crawfish, sausage 🌭, potatoes 🥔, corn 🌽… ALL coated in that garlic crawfish sauce that’s so good I wanted to lick the bowl (no shame 😜).
And let’s talk PORTION SIZE: 6-7 LBS for $69.99?! Two people don’t stand a chance of finishing this mountain of yum 🤯. Cheap, packed with flavor, and 100% worth every bite—run, don’t walk, to this place 🚀!

5 stars Our family of 14 (ages 3–76) from Kentucky was recommended Crawlin’s by our Jean Lafitte Swamp Tour captain, Jason—and it was a unanimous hit! Hands down the best meal we had in New Orleans. The seafood was outstanding, and the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way you rarely see these days. Half our group even made the trip back from the French Quarter just to eat here again! If you’re in New Orleans I highly recommend making Crawlin’s a priority.
