Fastfood atmosphere. I came in close to closing time. Staff hugely patient with me. Very kind. Went over menu. Then came to my table and showed me how to open a blue crab. Food was amazing and a lot of it! Very kind to my service dog. I'll certainly be back next time I'm in New Orleans!

Jeri the cashier is overly friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food is mediocre / bland. Westbank food tastes different than New Orleans (city) food, but I go here out of convenience, only. Also if you want to tip Jeri, you are going to want to, give her cash(in a jar by register) bc she got to split it with the other workers. That ain't right. They do not provide the type of exceptional service that she does. Idk how long she been there but she deserves...

The food is very greasy but has a good flavor.

Crawfish monica, fried shrimp & catfish platter.

The service was good. The cashier was friendly.

The restaurant was & restroom were clean.

The prices are reasonable.
