I called in an order. My food was ready when I arrived. I ordered the chicken and salmon hibachi and added fried rice. Always fresh. Everyone is always friendly!

Food was really good had a few had pieces in my rice from the hibachi table he didn’t clean the grill still had old rice on it and it smells like they have a sewer problem smells really bad
The last few times we’ve been to Fuji Hana have been extremely disappointing but this was our final straw. 4 of us ordered the hibachi filet and it was not a filet. 3 of us asked for medium rare and the “filet” was rare. There was no flavor to any of the food. The only decent thing was the sushi. So disappointed that what was once our favorite hibachi restaurant in the NOLA Metro area has declined significantly…

Been here many times. All were good. Went Saturday for my daughter's bday and food and service was amazing. FUA was our chef and he was fun, interacted grate with the kids, had great conversation and the food was the best we've ever had. Highly recommend. Ask for FUAs table lol. You won't regret it

I placed a phone order for my son and niece, and when I arrived, the food was ready within 5 to 7 minutes. The staff greeted me as I entered and assured me that everything I ordered, including the sauces, was in the bag.
