I recently visited Joe's Cafe & Donuts for breakfast and left disappointed. It took the waitress nearly 15 minutes to take our drink orders. When she finally took our food order, she seemed confused, and we had to repeat ourselves several times. She explained that other employees had called out sick, and she had worked 21 hours the previous day. It was clear she was struggling to stay coherent.

When our food arrived nearly 45 minutes later, most of the orders were wrong, and the food was cold. The waitress clearly needed a day off, and the cafe was understaffed. I would not recommend going here for a sit-down breakfast. However, if you’re planning to grab some donuts to go, you should be fine. Just be aware that the drive-through line can be long, and once you're in it, there's no way to get out due to the limited space.

Bacon was raw, minors around 12-14 working, and part of my order missing.

Google states that they close at 12am. I pulled up at 10:58 on Saturday night and they were closed. Very disappointed by this

It was my second visit to this location then I recalled why I haven’t returned since the first visit the service is so slow worst grits I ever had or should I say that I could not eat?

The worst place ever!!! I will Never go back to this location ever again in life!!! Managers were rude we sat in drive thru for over 45 minutes they got my order wrong and then didn’t make it right! WONT BE

20 minutes for a $8 cold breakfast sandwich that wasn't even made correctly. Good job..

COMPLETELY unacceptable. This bacon is inedible. It disintegrated into dust when I picked it up. I took a tiny bite (ya know, just to see) and it tasted like smoke like I breathed in a campfire. Disgusting. Like are you joking? Why would you serve this?! Are you out of your mind? Omg after opening the bacon box (first thing I opened), I opened the biscuit box! Same thing! Like who wants to eat something this toasty?!
