Favorite place to get unique foods and always satisfied

I had chocolate like I always do when I try a new place, and I have to say it wasn't that good. The texture was slimy and didn't seem fresh. Service was good, and they do have a wide variety of other flavors which probably were good, but I'll never know.

Mangonada is way better than popaeletas!!!!

I LOVE the Tropicana!! I come get the paletas all the time! And it’s the only place I can find mango and tamarindo jarritos

Very horrible, there were two ladies who disrespected me and treated me badly as a client. They don't know how to do their job well and they don't know how to treat a client. They got upset. They disrespected me and I know the two people who are disrespecting me. I respect customers and more than that they gave me bad service

A terrible place for customers because it has employees who disrespect customers and do not know how to treat customers well, they only have dirty mouths and do not know how to interact with customers, their employees are very subtropical.

Churro’s were good. Was shocked no hot fudge or Carmel for the banana split. I guess here in LA they don’t do that or strawberry or pineapple like TX does. But the ice cream was very good.

The elote in a cup is canned yellow corn and they use Valentina sauce as opposed to traditional Mexican chile. Sweet and spicy, not very traditional and not very tasty. If you’ve ever had a real Mexican corn you won’t enjoy this one. The ice cream is good, they have a large variety of flavors. The shop is very appealing to the eye however the cashier is very rude and not inviting.

Customer service was swell! She offered samples which was great being my first time but the 'water based' ice cream caught my eyes!!? They had so many flavors it was like being a kid again! But I dove into what caught my eyes which was the Watermelon ? and pineapple "TWO SCOOPS PLEASE " AS I WAS CERTAIN OF MY CHOICES ?
