It like many other things is no longer the same. Higher price. Quality is shot. I ordered the m&m brownies. It wasn't ready though I ordered it ahead. They gave it to me out the freezer and said bake it. Never again!

All I asked for was to wait for a fresh pizza and the girl I usually get lets me wait for one out the oven. This guy working tells me oh it’s fresh hands it to me and I get home to enjoy my slightly warm already stiff pizza. Guess we have different definitions of fresh. I should have ordered papa John’s at least I know they are fresh.

service is haphazardly good. tonight they had pizzas stocked and ready.

Terrible service in this establishment, I placed my order on the app and it says it is ready after an hour, I went and it turned out that it was not ready for more than two hours. Why the App then???? They play with their clients' time. Terrible service and they don't solve anything

It's absolutely terrible. Waited 20 minutes past the end of the time, and it was supposed to be ready. Cashier said nothing other than yelling names of orders. Lobby was full of other people getting the same treatment. Asked for the corporate number to have the chashier say nothing and walk out the door to come back 5 minutes later with I'm guessing the assistant manager to be on the phone with a group of people smelling like weed. Then she says I'll try to call my boss.
