All I asked for was to wait for a fresh pizza and the girl I usually get lets me wait for one out the oven. This guy working tells me oh it’s fresh hands it to me and I get home to enjoy my slightly warm already stiff pizza. Guess we have different definitions of fresh. I should have ordered papa John’s at least I know they are fresh.

Terrible service in this establishment, I placed my order on the app and it says it is ready after an hour, I went and it turned out that it was not ready for more than two hours. Why the App then???? They play with their clients' time. Terrible service and they don't solve anything

It's absolutely terrible. Waited 20 minutes past the end of the time, and it was supposed to be ready. Cashier said nothing other than yelling names of orders. Lobby was full of other people getting the same treatment. Asked for the corporate number to have the chashier say nothing and walk out the door to come back 5 minutes later with I'm guessing the assistant manager to be on the phone with a group of people smelling like weed. Then she says I'll try to call my boss.

Cashier was very rude waited 30 minutes for my food order was placed online and already paid for for them to say they don’t have order but portal said food was ready and 1 hr total to fulfill my order where my pizza was hot but my puffs was cold she rolled her eyes and said I’m not dealing with you so disrespectful I will never be back to this location or recommend anyone to eat here. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED EMPLOYEES OFTEN FORGET CUSTOMERS COMING KEEP YOU WITH A JOB !!!!!
