We attended a wedding here and everything was wonderful. The food came out hot and fresh, and the service team was very attentive throughout the night. The atmosphere was elegant with beautiful décor and great lighting. A great venue for big celebrations. Highly recommended!
This was our first time at the restaurant, and my three friends and I were unsure about the service process. When we asked about the menu items, the staff seemed not to wait for us to decide, they'd walk away. We weren't aware that it was table service, and perhaps someone could have asked if we'd been there before and explained how it worked.
From all the dim sum places I’ve tried in NOLA, Panda King is the ONLY place that has rolling carts for the food options. I really appreciate this since it’s a traditional aesthetic for dim sum that gives off an authentic vibe. The service was nice. The inside was normal, but clean. The food has always been great!
