I show up 1145 5 mins after I’m told it’s ready… for the cashier to conveniently tell me her ovens are off and the person who sped out of the parking lot “showed your name to me and I gave them your order”
If you don’t want to make the order, take accountability and call the customer and cancel the order.

Took over a hour for door dash to deliver, inverted the address after telling her four times the address. Driver did not speak English and the pizza was cold store manager refused to help in any way and was very belligerent . Never again, Doninos is across the street. If I could give negative stars or ratings I would.

Ordered delivery on a busy Saturday night. The DoorDash driver had forgotten a couple items from my order, but the manager Joyce took care of it for me! She was very helpful and put the missing items in the oven for them to be hot when I picked up. 10/10! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

They are accepting orders but aren’t giving them to us and the sign says “open” when it really isn’t. There are three Ubers here all having to cancel their orders because of it being “closed”.
June 2024: very quick pickup time, even for a large order. Everything was correct, hot, and had plenty of toppings. Happily provided paper plates when asked, which is not always the case at some locations (and we frequently order carry-out from Papa John's locations when traveling).
Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend for someone with Celiac; however, for someone with just a gluten sensitivity the gluten free crust can be a good option.
