Everytime I go to this location (Terry Parkway in Gretna) the associate by the name of *DERRICK* is ALWAYS mean and rude have an attitude with each and every customer I’ve seen him interact with. When I asked him a question he completely ignored me!!! I will never go to this establishment again and he should really be fired for the way he treats loyal customers!!!!!!!!! And I will also will be reaching out to Corporate about this matter his behavior is truly disgusting!!!!!

I just walked into this location at 8:10 PM to get a smoothie bowl and was told we are closing soon and are not making them. The sign on the door states they close at 9:00. What the Hell? I will not be back.

I have tried to go to this location 3 different times at 7:10 AM Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The door is always locked. And the employees stand there and look at me. The hours of operation are 7:00 am on those days. The one time the door was open, I ordered a strawberry bannana activator, and they told me they were out of strawberries. I will never try this location again, terrible.

Yesterday store suppose to be open. Lights off , I peek through the door saw no one . I go to my car and ended up on the phone . In my rear view I see a young man and woman in their work outfit come by the door to unlock it to speak to an older man outside who seem to be the owner of the strip since he had keys to open the door to the bubble tea store further down .I can’t believe these two young people was in the shop but acted like they weren’t there . Weird .

They waited for us to leave and didn’t attend to us the whole time. The store was no where near closed. Once we left they decided to come out of the closet, turn the lights off, and close the store.

Called the store like 6 times before someone finally decided to answer. Told Carols ( if that’s his name) the problem. He seem like he didn’t care smh so I asked for the GM or owner email he told me he didn’t have that information…….
