Ordered a number 8 which consisted of 2chicken wraps. Asked for cheese and pickles on my wraps and it was not made correctly. I get to the window and the manager who gave the name of a Michael Turner and his coworker who called herself Tye refused to give me her last name after I asked several times. They were both very rude to us because he didn’t get my order right. All I wanted was my food. Both were very unprofessional and did not have on name tags!!! Line was long . I would not recommend anyone eating from this place. Both employers were not professionally dressed in work attire. Manager needs to wear gloves when preparing customers food!!!! Coworker Tye the employee had on tights and the first thing I see when I get my food is a camel toe!!!! Gross!!! This place needs new management period. How do you get mad at the customer because you got the order wrong or as he put it he didn’t hear me which was a lie because he asked which ones I wanted. Did not read back my 31 dollar order. Then tells me with a nasty attitude to give him back the fries and drink I already ate and drank off. Never have I had so much bad customer service at this place. This was one of my favorite Burger King restaurants!!!!! Not anymore!!! Michael go take you some customer classes and better work attire like a shirt that actually fits your stomach!!!!!! And a hair net for your shaggy hair!!!!

If you want your order to correct and your food to be hot, do NOT go here. I told these people that I wanted 2 whoppers no mayo no ketchup and 8 mozzarella sticks. I get my food... both whoppers have mayo and ketchup and the mozzarella sticks i ordered magically turned into chicken fries! and the best part; there was only 6 of them!!!!

The food is on point...but the drive thru is the slowest I ever seen...they fixed up the place but if they fixed that they'd have more customers cause I seen 5 or 6 vehicles drive out cause of the line
