The food was alright I will not lie, But they got my order wrong twice in a row, Me and another customer sat there at the counter for 30 minutes and they mixed our orders up..
Dine in is great but I hate the way that all locations want you to back up then pull up to window then want you to park in the front just to get the best drive thru time.when I get off work I don't feel like doing all that.

Gave me moldy bread. And the bread is toasted so I know they seen it smh. Husband said he wanted cheese on his whopper and what do you know, no cheese. They really need to get it together. They weren't even busy enough to mess up.
Hair on my onion rings not the first time either. A few months ago there was hair on the fríes at this same burger King and I told them about it and they replaced the fries this time I didn't say anything just won't go back to burger King period. Management should make workers wear hair nets.

This is the 2nd time within a week n a half myself and a friend do mobile orders to pick up. When I say they literally had to come n go back and forth to get things that were missing, drinks, sandwiches, nuggets and wraps! The same thing again last night. And the fact that they kept asking for our receipt which is on our phones, no physical receipt (mobile orders) questioning us about what we ordered. Like y'all don't have the order on the screen? This took us literally close to 45 mins on both occasions. Not to mention getting home n everything we ordered was wrong! Thought it may just have been one of those days we ordered again. Let's just say we had to pull around n the guy had to go back inside twice. We still didn't get all of our drinks but we were so aggravated we just left. Get it together people! For God's sake Smoke AFTER work. It's bad enough this town sucks, Lk

i am deathly allergic to tomatoes. i always select NO TOMATOES ON MY MOBILE PICK UP ORDERS. THERE IS NO REASON WHY YET AGAIN I HAVE TOMATOES ON MY WHOPPER??? IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO READ THE ORDERS AND DO THEM CORRECTLY THEN DONT DO IT AT ALL. NOW IM IN THE HOSPITAL WITH HIVES. THANKS.
