I had ordered 3 different meals and 2 brownies. I did not receive the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe or one of the brownies today March 10, 2026. I live in Patterson and picked this up in Thibodaux. I called to let them know, but nobody answered.

Took me 29 minutes to get my food in and they got me the wrong order. While I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich, I specifically ordered no toppings except for pickles. What I got were no toppings except for cheese. On top of that, they didn’t tell me “my pleasure” when they finally handed me the order, which is something they’re supposed to tell their customers when they hand the order, regardless of how busy the location is. Not to mention the employees looked out of it in terms of posture. In my 4 years of going to that location, I have never had a service that was that lousy and this is a first for me. This is absolutely unacceptable and there are drastic measures that need to be taken if they want me to have a positive impression on them.

Least friendly Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Totally hands off service and everyone there seemed checked out. This is a campus store so you have to go inside- most drive thru. Will definitely go to the other CFA store next time.

The WORST experience ever. This girl SCREAMED my name and threw my food on the counter. She even did it to another girl. She was mumbling horrible stuff about people the entire time while working. I’m a student but will never be back at this location
Went in on Christmas eve to pick up a special 30 nuggets buy one get one. They was amazing and the workers there were very kind and it was good to see the people that came in to buy the special. It was truly amazing to see the smiles and Christmas spirit that the special had on everyone.
