Everything was as you would expect for chic fil a. I was surprised that the price of my meal had gone up by ~1.50 from the last time I visited a chic fil a but the food was good and the employees were very polite.

it impossible to even get in the drive through line because they have a whole empty lane dedicated to mobile orders .. the road is blocked by the entrance and no one can pass or get in .. it’s a mess .. the dumbest thing ever when you have a line going out the parking lot and a whole empty lane ..whoever is running this and decided to do that is an idiot

The food was hot, and everything was right this time, even the servers who took my order.
I hate to be the person to write negative reviews because I always try to stay positive, but it’s been twice in a row that i’ve been to this chick fil a for breakfast and they’ve given me the wrong biscuit. I ordered an egg white grill both times, and both times i’ve been given the wrong biscuit. I’m sad because I go to this chick fil a often before I go to work in the morning, but I don’t think i’ll be returning after this has happened again. I just don’t have the time to wait in line twice so that they can give me the correct breakfast. I hope management addresses this so that it can be prevented in the future.

Two recent visits to the drive through and two orders messed up. This last time there were no napkins, straws or sauce in the bag. I pulled over and called the restaurant and told them about it. The guy on the phone literally said it was probably because of the rain and lightning. It had been about 20 minutes since the weather cleared that I got there, but more so, how does the weather keep someone from putting stuff in the bag? He then said that they are human and make mistakes. I filled out the complaint form online and the owner sent an email. She said she was putting an ice cream item in my rewards account. While I appreciate the offer, I tried replying that I cannot eat any of the ice cream. She never replied and put an ice cream reward in my account.
My whole family got food poisoning. Oredered on June 5 @ 7:15. Stomach was hurting by9! Throwing up by 12. You may be able to take them off your page but not on here!!
Ordered yesterday around 7:30. Grilled nugget meal. Started feeling sick around 9. Started throwing up around 12! Absolutely FOOD poisoning. Will never eat here again!

I have never once ordered honey with anything from this place ever in my life, yet every time I order honey roasted bbq sauce they put honey in the bag, it's happened several times and I always use the mobile app to make certain anything I order isn't mistaken. Today the drive through took so long I wanted to leave but there was no way to exit, it took over 20 minutes. This time they didn't put honey in the bag though, they just left the honey roasted bbq sauce out completely. I've given this place many second chances and now I'm done. I once witnessed one of their employees pick his nose outside, go into the restaurant and hand me a bag without washing his hands and I refused to take it and left. This is the final straw, this is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to in my life.
