I just had a thyroidectomy a few days ago and a very good family friend ordered pizza to have it delivered to me and my kids and I'm not supposed to drive. They ordered at 4pm to have it delivered to us for 5:30. I sat and waited and waited until 7pm. I even called and have my address for verification, where it was located and left my phone number to call if there was any issues. NEVER received the order so I had to have someone get my kids something for supper at such short notice. We do have cameras to prove no such delivery was ever made last night on 5/25/2025. Thank goodness for security cameras. I will never tell anyone to do business with a place like this again. If I could leave zero stars I certainly would.

We’ve been ordering from this location for a while but here recently, it has been subpar…to say the least. I understand rush hour but there should be a courteous way to let customers know of the extended wait. 75% of the time our pizza isn’t even sliced completely through. I agree with another reviewer- they ask you to pull around to 2nd window to wait behind someone even though our pizza is ready before theirs. I’m aware of the customer’s responsibility to check an order before leaving the parking lot, but onions are hard to see sometimes. We ordered with no onions- I went back to check the order to be sure. Would it do any good to call the store? We really don’t feel like driving back & waiting another 45 mins for another pizza. We may switch store locations to compare. My advice is to order at your own risk & thoroughly check your order before departing.

This is one of those food chains I can’t stand. The pizza is overpriced. But the worst thing they did was use their customers as a scapegoat for under paying their drivers. On their pizza box it says to tip the driver as if WE the customer are responsible for paying YOUR employees. If they are aware of the issue they need to fix it, not us.

Before I dropped the kids off to the babysitter yesterday, I ordered pizza online from Domino's Pizza, was already late for work & didn’t think to check the pizza while I was there because we don’t do fast food fr! Well got to the sitter & got the kids situated & was like let me take a slice, NOT 1 BUT BOTH PIZZAS were incorrect!!! So knowing I had to drive a hour away to work I said to myself I’ll call on the way to the city! Well I called; a guy answered he was polite; explained the situation, he said let me get the manager.. got the manager in training who was also polite but to be sure she handled things correctly she stated I’m in training let me get the GM (General Manager) waited 3 minutes before the next person hung up.. well I called back & when I did it was a the manager who had hung up “accidentally” but didn’t called back.. well I then explained the situation again (3rd Time) she said bring the pizza back with a nasty attitude & I explained I’m On my way To work but this was Dominos FAULT!!! She then stated she wasn’t abled to assist me without bringing the pizza back and told me have a good night sarcastically! They burnt my receipt….. no. Like not kidding. Don’t order at this dominoes. Once you get to the first window. They’ll send you to the second. Once you get there, there will always be someone ahead of you. They’ll take 45 minutes to get their pizza while yours sits under a heat lamp, once you get to the window. They will not acknowledge the fact that you’re sitting there until 20 minutes after. They brought me the pizza finally (wrong pizza) but there was no shot I was sending it back to wait another hour. I also notice it’s cold. So I go to check the receipt a little later to make sure I was right in the fact that I had the wrong order and didn’t misclick. Well. Look at the attached photos below. This is how I knew. While the hour passed and I sat waiting. My pizza was under a heat lamp. Trying to stay warm.

I was head to the animal hospital for an appointment and got there and hour early so I stopped by the Domino’s pizza place. I drove up to the window to make an order. I order a small hand tossed pepperoni pizza. When they told me the price of $11. Bucks. I was thinking to myself that very expensive for just one small pepperoni pizza. I paid the lady and she took my card I was witching her as she was checking me out . She walked away from the window with my card in hand . Witch I didn’t like to much due to all the people steeling people information. Just a few minutes she had me my card and asked me too drive around to the other side to wait for it at the other window. About 15min they hand me my pizza. I drove off to the veterinary and sat in my car to eat and share with my dog buzz. The pizza looked very well cooked and it tasted really good. But I still not happy with the price I paid for it. I feel like I was ripped off. As a customer to any worker out there if you know your business you work for and if there a special offer or they running a discount. Please have the courtesy to at least let them know about the offer of any special or discount to all your customers. It would make a huge impact on your company and towards you as a great server. I will think twice before I will even stop at this site again in the future. Not too happy with the service and not to upset with the taste of the food. So I give this place a 50/50 in my books.
