I took my Son and his girlfriend to eat there for lunch and we enjoyed it! We shared the large fajitas plate and had queso and chips. The food was delivered fast and hot to the table. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

The steak was extraordinary tough for my steak fajitas. The chips and salsa were great. The server was polite while at the table but I only seen or spoke to him when he took my order and then nearly a half hour later when I was rdy for my check. I do not have the words to explain just how tough the steak for the fajitas were. This was a shame because everything else serves with and for the fajitas were exceptional. I should have gotten the chicken fajitas....

Stay away!! El Paso in Thibodaux...
Food was OK, when they brought it to you. Waitress argued about items on menu, then 15 min later she brought the forgotten items.
Drink refills were nonexistent. Had to beg for a straw and silverware.
Waiter who played the manager was NO help at all, when the manager finally came, it seemed no one could speak English or understand what the problem was.
The Owners of this Restaurant need to seriously evaluate the wait staff and management at the Thibodaux location.

The food here is pretty good. Just this one time my food was burnt I ordered the fajita steak burrito and the steak was burnt when I asked them to do it to medium rare. The waiter was very nice the atmosphere was great. Even though my food wasn't what I wanted I will still go back.
Went back today on 7/27/25 and ordered the Happy plate. I had it at a few places and loved it. Here was pretty good. Chicken was a little dry but good. I would recommend asking them to put a little more Queso on it. But good this time.

The food for the most part is adequate, but far from tasty or even delicious. Tonight we ordered takeout. The 3 different meals all were not the way we ordered them, although I should be used to that by now. I was left on hold trying to order so long the call was disconnected and I had to call back. They forgot people were on hold. Dining in isn’t much better. Next time I want Mexican I’ll find a small mom and pop authentic Taqueria. There they’ll get it right, unlike El Paso.

We eat here nearly every Friday night and we have NEVER gotten anything but amazingly delicious food and fast friendly service!! For some reason this one in Thibodaux is waaaay better than the Houma location.
One of my favorite places to eat. The service is awesome. We had the best waiter. Ask for Elmer he is one of the best. The food is always hot when served and tastes great. Great environment. Music is always great. They also have the best margaritas. Try the watermelon.

Waitress kept forgetting everything we asked for. All of our drinks were empty at one point, and she only refilled one person's. Multiple people at our table asked for 1 item and it took 4 times asking for it (about 30 minutes) to get it. When paying, we didn't recieve all of our change, and when we asked for our change the woman was acting like she didn't know she shorted us. The food was basic at best, and I got half the food I asked for but was expected to pay for the larger item. -10/5 if I could give negative stars.

This is my favorite Mexican place to eat!! Remi is our favorite server he's awesome and on point every time! The only thing I don't like is Thursday nights they have live musicians play and sometimes it's wayyy to loud. I eat here at least 2x a month ❤️
