Stay away!! El Paso in Thibodaux...
Food was OK, when they brought it to you. Waitress argued about items on menu, then 15 min later she brought the forgotten items.
Drink refills were nonexistent. Had to beg for a straw and silverware.
Waiter who played the manager was NO help at all, when the manager finally came, it seemed no one could speak English or understand what the problem was.
The Owners of this Restaurant need to seriously evaluate the wait staff and management at the Thibodaux location.

We eat here nearly every Friday night and we have NEVER gotten anything but amazingly delicious food and fast friendly service!! For some reason this one in Thibodaux is waaaay better than the Houma location.

I called in order to go they said 20 minutes I waited got there to pick up order. They rang me up and checked me out very very quickly, but then it took almost 40 minutes to get my food. I have to had already waited 20 minutes before I got there. I understand that you get a little busy but she tells me that if people come in and they have you know 10 or 20 people send it a table they have to bring their food out all at once so they work on their orders and put the orders on hold and I don’t think that’s the way to run a business. After waiting that long food was cold.

Horrible service. 30 minutes in and I had to tell them we needed drinks. The server we had said we weren’t in his section but he would take care of us. Over an hour in and we got to order. 1hour and 45 mins in they realized 2 of our group didn’t have food. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went in and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a table. Not only that, I’ve tried ordering to-go and that’s no better. I’m met with a rude attitude more often than I should be.

Went on a Friday night. It wasn’t too busy but there seemed to be only a couple people actually attending to customers. We felt a little ignored when our waitress glanced our way twice & still didn’t come take our order. There was only one waiter who seemed to care & was trying to get to everyone. Customer service is better at the Houma & Luling locations.

I used to love El Paso. However, twice now, I have ordered food and told 15 minutes. Waited 15 minutes before going to pick it up and stood by the pickup counter (the bar) and waited over 40 minutes for help. Asked numerous waiters and waitresses for help just for them to walk off. After waiting so long and finally getting the food it was nasty and cold from sitting for so long. Never again.
