Kampachi Japanese Steakhouse

We tried the shrimp fried rice and the rice was stone cold. We ordered the hot plate of chicken and rice. They had a bowl of the same cold rice. I had to put it on the hot plate to warm. We spent $50.00 for a cold tasteless meal.

First time ordering from here, ordered chicken hibachi everything was okay except for the fact that it only had about 4 pieces of broccoli and carrots and the rest was mushrooms and onions. Seems like an entire large onion was cut and placed in there to make up for the other missing veggies 😒

OMG! The food was amazing! Everything had amazing taste, was fresh and hot. I had gotten the stuffed jalapenos, I've never tasted stuffed jalapenos that good. The steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly.
On top of the superb food, staff was very friendly
Can't wait to come back

No stars, but they make you put one. Talk about paying $75 for diarrhea. The food was gross, I ordered med rare steak and couldn't even chew it. The shrimp was rubbery, we ate 25%, and didn't even want a to go box. Yall can have that!
The waitress was nice and smiling though.

Pretty impressed with this sushi joint! Spacious, offers lots of different choices on their menu, and sushi rolls were rolled tightly. I hate it when rolls are loose and falls apart when you pick them up.

I ordered poboy roll and sashimi deluxe while my friends ordered rainbow roll, Hawaiian honey roll, miso soup, and fried gyoza. Poboy and Hawaiian were really good! I do not like cream cheese in my sushi, but you could barely taste it in the Hawaiian! I was shocked and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rainbow and sashimi were mid. Most likely will not order those again. Gyoza was also fried perfectly.

Service was relatively good, and wait time for food to be done wasn’t bad at all! I would love to return to try other dishes!

Went on a Saturday night for Hibachi and was told they wasn’t doing Hibachi that night! It’s a Japanese steak house and we traveled pretty far to try a new place and was told this. Well we won’t be back.

We had Taylor as a server, and she was absolutely wonderful! Kampachi blew Ichiban and Osaka clear out of the water in terms of flavor and quality. Also it’s very nice to be able to get quality hibachi without the show.The food came out super fast, and as previously stated our server was absolutely delightful. We will be returning.

I ordered the hibachi dinner combo of the steak and shrimp. And i tell you i was not satisfied what so ever!! My shrimp was over cooked and it was warm/cool temperature and for my steak i asked for medium rare and it was fully cooked and also it was warm not hot or steamy it was warm!!!. And with my noodles also warm and rice over cooked. I will never ever come back to this restaurant. All my food was over cooked and cold/warm. Coming from a hibachi it should of been hot coming out but it was not. I do not recommend this place!!! So far the only place that serves good hibachi is the restaurant in houma. It was awful my food that not even my boyfriend food was good his was over sauced. So bad we didn't leave no tip.
