Me and my best friend stop there I got a cup of shaved ice and a shrimp on bun. She got a blast with cookie dough and butter finger on top and a corn dog and loaded chili Frito. We also got fries top with roast beef and cheese. She got her shake a it was cream cheese not cookie dough and the butterfinger was stale. The fries with roast beef and cheese taste disgusting. The shrimp where old and hard. The fritos didn't have enough chili or cheese. And the corn dog was even horrible. When I got my cup of ice it wasn't even full cuz the machine started making noise and smoking. There where two young guys working and obviously didn't know what they where doing. If I could of gave this place a half of star I would of. Don't recommend anyone eat here.

Way over priced. Ice cream in a 8oz cup $4.00 or on a cone. Burgers no seasoning and does not taste well.
The burgers were really nasty taste like just plain meat no seasoning no substance nothing just patty on a bun.
The Soda was flat taste like a dirty machine. I wish I could give a zero.
The new owners don't care about what they serve or who. The establishment is very unclean.
Prices that don't reflect the quality and taste that are utterly horrible.

Used to be staple of Thibodaux...not anymore....Stopped there tonight ...everything i tried to order they were out of , no chicken sandwiches, no corn dogs, no roast beef ...the staff were not visible for the first 5 mins I waited at the window, and it looked unclean and gross inside too...no pride in your business whatsoever I will never be stopping by here again.

i used to go here and cannot remember the food being this bad. fries were so cold and i only live 3 minutes away. they were flavorless. they gave me the wrong order and ended up forgetting some of my order as well. really disappointing

Just left from the Brooke’s on canal we ordered two BACON cheese burgers got the burgers with no bacon, went back to the window to get the money back for the bacon and was told the manager wasn’t there. So if you want to have a good business butter get better service.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This place was horrible all around. Service was trash, the guy was grimy and sagging heavily while preparing the food, only mentioned the sagging because he was constantly stopping to pull them up then went right back to handling food. The cashier had a dry unwelcoming attitude.They were out of nachos, so I ordered chili cheese fries and a shrimp poboy, the total came out to over 30 dollars smh. I waited over 30 mins for them to bring out LITERALLY the worst food I've ever paid to eat. The fries were bland, the cheese was nasty and the chili still tasted like the can it came from..The poboy was even more disgusting as the shrimp tasted like it was meant for fishing bait..Overall I feel cheated and finessed!

Malt & Burger is a classic! I’ve been coming here since the ’80s and make it a point to stop by every time I’m in Thibodaux. You can’t go wrong with their burgers and fries—they’re as good as ever. But don’t sleep on the plate lunches! The Wednesday special of Salisbury steak, potatoes, and green beans was absolutely on point.
The service is just as awesome as the food. These ladies truly know how to cook and make you feel right at home. Malt & Burger is a timeless gem—highly recommend!
