I usually love Orange leaf and I never leave reviews of places but today was so bad. Only FOUR flavors available. Also I was putting caramel on my yogurt when the employee reminded me to hold the lid, I was holding it and it still came off. They both stared at me as I apologized and tried to brush it off, no “it’s okay” and no help. I cleaned up the whole mess by myself as the stood there staring at me. Yes I know it was annoying but it was a mistake and that’s just horrible customer service. And why not get new bottles that the lids don’t pop off?

They have 8 machines available to make 16 flavors, and while I understand not running every machine, at least have a variety. All current flavors are the same, staff is little to no help, and the atmosphere is that of a business looking to close. If it wasn't for my family I would never come back.

Everytime we go there are less and less flavors available. This time we went there were only four flavors available, and two of the four were watery. We used to love Orange Leaf. We keep returning in hopes that something will be better next time, but Im afraid this will be our last time visiting. The workers are not present or barely visible behind the counter playing on cell phones.

I really hate posting negative reviews!But my cousin and I went here today, on 11-10-23Around 3pm.There were only 2 customers eating.I was shocked! Only 6 flavors and one machine with 2 was not working!I was so disappointed! I haven’t gone here in probably several years. Was looking forward to it because years ago when they first opened all the machines were working and you had so many different flavors to choose from and of course the price was way cheaper but today we both had one cup and we had to settle on what was there to choose from which was very little and then we go to check out and our order is 22.40. Unreal. Anyways, it’s our last time going there. Not to mention the 2 young ladies pretty much stayed quiet, one stayed sitting down and both had serious ugly attitude’s. Their expressions on their face looked ugly. Like they DID NOT want to be there. And just a gloomy look. No smile , not pleasant at all.Again, sad. Not a good experience. Wished I did not have to add 1 star to be honest. I hope the owner does something FAST. Or this business will shut down soon. ?I do not recommend going here as long as it was like our visit today.

We were so impressed with Orange Leaf at our recent visit. All the machines were stocked and in working order with an amazing variety of flavors that compliment each other so well. The “topping bar” was equally impressive. Variety of toppings and it was very clean, full, and well kept.

Signs say they close at 8pm on Sunday's, but we get there at 6:40, and they said their closed, but I can order Orange Leaf off waitr. This is ridiculous!

Very clean & great staff, but , On several occasions over the past few months they seem to have broken machines that never get repair. We get stuck with same flavors and less dairy free options. This is very disappointing because now the machine that servers dairy free coconut has been broken for quiet some time. With summer around the corner and business booming in that location, looking at a very empty orange leaf looks like the sign of bad ownership. I personally don’t know the owners, but they seem to be letting the place go and it is very saddening.

Totally love it, I have to frequent Thibdouex , ever few months, from 2 hours away, I make sure to stop here to get my road shake. Brought my family a few months back and the employee there was so great, This Orange leaf is the chick file a of yogurt , never with our a smile here and great service. Looking forward to my next semi monthly visit ? ???
