I always pick up my order when I get Papa John's and it is always ready within a reasonable amount of time. However, I chose to place a delivery order a couple hours in advance with a specific delivery time requested. My order was not started until after the delivery time. I called to speak with someone about it and they told me they were waiting on a doordash driver (this was 15 minutes AFTER my order should have arrived). I tried to explain that the driver wasn't the issue, my order was not even close to ready the time that it should have been in order for a driver to pick it up. I was tracking the order and it wasn't completed until 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. The person I spoke with ended up hanging up on me and was very unprofessional. I would recommend doing a pick up instead of scheduling a delivery because it seems they do not manage orders adequately that are placed far in advanced.

This Papa John's is the best. My daughter from Lake Charles will only eat from the Thibodaux location, always better she says. Any issues and they will make it right, only happened once.
