Made an online order. Sat at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes before it was opened. Pizza was undercooked. Bread sticks were over cooked and they didnt give me the marina. Worker did not even try to smile.

It's become so impersonal and disconnected. They're relying too much on app and phone orders. They should really bring back the old school version of the Pizza Hut restaurant when it was family oriented. Pizza is still awesome as always but they need to reel it back to what it used to stand for, Family. Only reason I left a 3 ⭐ is for the awesome Pizza.

I had the pan pizza and it was the driest pizza I’ve ever had. My husband had to throw it away bc we didn’t want to go back to the store to get another one. So glad we got two different types of pizza. Never again Pizza Hut.

I made a order for pickup once I got their they was cleaning up a litty early for closing. I seen my order wasn't ready I go outside to wait. After sitting something tells me go wait inside, so as I'm waiting I seen the workers mopping, moving filthy trashcans, wiping down corners with a dirty rag all with NO GLOVES. So once my order is ready to come out the oven the worker proceeded to fix it without washing their hands until I stop her an said something.
