Made an online order. Sat at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes before it was opened. Pizza was undercooked. Bread sticks were over cooked and they didnt give me the marina. Worker did not even try to smile.
It's become so impersonal and disconnected. They're relying too much on app and phone orders. They should really bring back the old school version of the Pizza Hut restaurant when it was family oriented. Pizza is still awesome as always but they need to reel it back to what it used to stand for, Family. Only reason I left a 3 ⭐ is for the awesome Pizza.
Most of the time my order is correct, however, last night my "8" piece Boneless wings was only a "6" piece and i did not receive a maranara sauce I ordered at the window.
