I just experienced the craziest situation. I was enjoying my time here, I had a coffee and a scone. Both were delicious. Until the worker walked up to a couple sitting next to me, with a 7 brew drink sitting on the table. They seemed to be studying like I was. The worker walked up to them and said, “You can not sit or be in here with a 7brew drink”. The kid proceeded to get up and throw his more than halfway full drink away. My jaw dropped. It’s not that serious in my opinion, that totally just changed my view on PJs coffee.

Good coffee... Pj's is always the choice when I am passing through Thibodaux, LA. Their service (aka the great staff) are always on point and knowledgeable. The Location throws me off a bit as it is attached to the bank and the parking lot/drive thru is awkward and busy. The manager y options for coffee and pastries make up fornit... but they always seem to be out of Heavy Cream 🤔

The Thibodaux PJ's is my favorite. The Barista's are top notch. I always deviate from the original recipe for drinks and they always treat me courteously. It is not so at other locations. Thank You and ya'll get a 5 star rating from me.

PJs coffee is my absolute favorite! the baristas are professional, kind, and service is fast! i always get the mocha granita with whip cream & drizzle.
I asked for my blueberry scone to be heated and it was not. It was hard as a rock I pulled off noticed when I got to my work that it was hard as a rock. I had to turn back around and they looked at me like I was stupid. It’s a coffee shop shouldn’t be too hard to follow directions at 6 o’clock in the morning with no customers are there and there’s three workers and I was overcharged, but I wasn’t making a big deal about it because I needed to get to work who to warm up a freaking scone. The workers all three of them were very rude and laughed in my face. I suggest hiring you employees never had this problem before until now.

This place and their owners are a joke. You want someone to disrespect you and slam a window in your face? You picked the right place. I had a terrible experience of an employee being extremely ugly to me without provocation. & the owners/managers encourage it by not handling the matter. Go read other reviews, they’ll say the same. I’ve never left anyone a bad review because I own local businesses but when you have owners that allow employees to disrespect their customers with no consequences, they don’t deserve to have a business and make money off the public.
