She got our order wrong even though we repeated the 2 drinks multiple times the coffee was made way to strong and not the same as all the other times the pj's in houma is way better than the thibodaux location.

They are so rude here, and management does absolutely nothing about it.
On top of having horrible attitudes, they hand me burnt beignets and a coffee that taste like water.
Please just shut down!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Cashier was rude and the drink wasn’t made correctly. She did not offer to remake it.
BEWARE!!! I would like to share my experience that I just had. An employee at the drive through window was giving me my order. I left a 20% tip on my bill. As I go to drive off the employee says to me “I hope you have a horrible day!” I was stunned but not as stunned as the events to come after. I go to the manager to report the issue and there is no manager. I ask when she will be in and they tell me it is against their policy to say. I ask if there is a corporate number to call and I am told, by the employee, I can call but nothing will happen because Pj’s Coffee does not answer their phones and address matters like this. Later I meet with the District Manager since I cannot get ahold of the manager. I meet with her and she was helpful until I met the owners. The owners said no apology will be made but it will be handled accordingly but never inform me of how so. Later on that day I receive a call from the police department saying that the employee that I am complaining about reported me to the police. I ask the officer what the manager and owner had to say about this. The officer never spoke to them and he is going solely off of what the employee told him. The fact that an employee is able to make a false police report without the owners or managers knowledge is concerning. I find this completely unprofessional. My advice is to never report one of their employees or they will retaliate by calling the police on you for reporting them!!!

The employees here are very condescending and rude to their customers. They do not respect their customers and the owners are very hands off.
I have been a regular at this Pj’s the last 2 years and I cannot believe I am having to write about something so unprofessional and unethical. This establishment needs to take its hiring process and employees actions more seriously. I was going through the drive through and a red head girl was taking my order. I left a 20% tip like I always do. She hands me the drink and as I start driving off she says “I hope you have a horrible day!” I couldn’t believe what I just heard said to me, a regular local customer who has been loyal to this establishment for years. I thought to myself is this some kind of joke? I do not find this amusing at all. What kind of business would allow their employees to speak to any customer that way. I turned into a parking spot and went inside to speak to a manager. The girl is hiding in the supply room peaking through the window. At first I am told there is no manager and that they will be here the next morning. Then I’m told the assistant manager is there. She isn’t of any help, she listens to my story and offers me a pastry. This wasn’t about getting something for free. This was about how this coffee shop just treated a loyal recurring customer and completely ignored the issue at hand. No promise of resolve. I ask her what time the manager will be there and she refuses to tell me. She says it’s against their policy. Then I asked if there is a corporate number I can call but am told I can call but nothing will happen because PJ’s Coffee does not answer their phones or take into account matters like this. This is an employee that is telling me this. What kind of business does not answer their phones and take matters like this seriously? As I walk back to my car and finally take a sip of my drink that is the same drink I have gotten every time I come, it tastes strange. It does not even remotely resemble the drink that I order. I do no know what was done to my drink but it was inedible. As I think about walking back in and bringing up this new matter which is becoming burdensome I see the assistant manager leaving, completely leaving these employees unsupervised. I wait to see if any worker returns and nobody does. I leave after half an hour. This is unacceptable. I hope actions are made and that nobody else ever has to go through this and have their day absolutely ruined by a college students immature and unprofessional joke. The ethics of this establishment are just embarrassing and I'm appalled to even have to write this.

Very nice place everyone was nice, coffee was good, everything set up nice with benches by the water and the tables and chairs
One pound of Maple Street coffee beans is over $21, almost $22 with tax. That’s extremely expensive. I’ll order my whole coffee beans online from another merchant.
This place does not welcome African American people. I walked in with my daughter and the employees was stunned. Too stunned to speak. They couldn’t find the words to greet me. Never asked what I needed to order. I had to tell them what I wanted. Even though I paid for my order. The employee still asked if I was here doing door dash. Honestly, it’s pathetic there isn’t any diversity. Not one black individual works there. My daughter had witness an encounter like this. If you’re after African American, please visit the coffee shop around the Acadia area. They are welcoming and friendly.
stop sending these; geez, all I wanted was a cup of coffee; not to be bothered by a survey for your overpriced coffee.
We have been very regular at PJ’s in Thibodaux but lately the coffee has been terrible I order decaf and it taste like water twice I complained and the girl tried to explain why. I always order medium. So the second time I complained she told me next time tell them to only fill the cup 1/2 way? so then this is a small so to get a medium I have to order a large. I don’t know if PJ is just cutting the amount of coffee to make more profit but I had my last cup there
