I love Santa Fe! We used to go almost every Sunday in Baton Rouge. I love their mushrooms like I go for the mushrooms. When we came to Thibodaux and saw a Santa Fe had to stop. The waitress was nice but the service was slow and the place was empty. Our food was burnt so we had to get a few things remade. Very disappointed in all of our food. I would go back if I'm ever in the area to give them a second chance.
The food and staff are consistently good every time we go. The managers always make a point to walk around and visit with the customers and genuinely interested in making sure the customers are happy. We've never had a bad experience.

This was my 1st visit there. The rack of ribs were better than the last baby backs I got. I asked for a glass of tea (half and half) with out ice, and of course I get ice. So tea was diluted from excess water. Chicken on the hot plate of fajitas was over cooked. It appeared to have been put on plate early, and once delivered it was dry. The bread they bring out with butter was very fresh and soft. Honey butter was tasty. I would be willing one day to give them another visit.
