I had a code for a $7.00 32 oz meal replacement smoothie in my rewards. I had it turned on to be applied when I scanned my app. I ordered a 32 ounce strawberry hulk, and I asked the gentleman that took my order if that was considered a meal replacement smoothie? He said yes so I proceeded with the order, but when he scanned my app, it didn’t take off for the offer so I had to pay the full price of $10 and some change, so I asked him once again when he told me my total if this was considered a meal replacement smoothie and he told me yes again. So I asked him why didn’t it take off the reward and make it seven dollars? He asked me if I had the reward turned on and I told him yes and he basically told me well, I don’t know what to tell you. He didn’t try to figure it out for me or to help me in any kind of way. He didn’t tell me if it was just specific smoothies or nothing. This was the first time that I’ve had a bad experience at the Smoothie King in Thibodaux, Louisiana. The kids there are always so kind and so willing to help and go above and beyond and this kid just didn’t care and didn’t wanna help in any way and It didn’t bother him at all that I didn’t get my reward and it didn’t seem to phase him.
