This is the cleanest, best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I didn’t expect much from such a small town, because I’ve visited locations all over the country, even other countries. Seriously impressed with the customer service here. Easiest five stars ever.

Every time i go to this location i get the same drink, but every time i get it its a different drink. Venti vinilla sweet cream cold brew, add a shot, extra sweet cream, add sweet cream cold foam.
Every time it tastes and looks different. and theres always one guy when ordering at the drive through hes cutting you off “got it” in the middle of your order. No you dont got it im still ordering it

When I asked why a coffe and bagel cost $7.95 I was told that everything was separately priced and what the prices were. I asked if the butter was real butter, so that I could save money on cream cheese. I was told in an aloof way., "Well no." So I paid $1.25 for a tablespoon of cream cheese, and the butter was REAL! I was not offered the butter croissant special or the breakfast sandwich special. Since they oversell, like the customer is an idiot, I won't return. That's really poor treatment. No senior citizen discount, not even polite treatment.

This Starbucks location is fantastic! The Pink Drink, Java Chip Frappuccino, and Iced Caramel Macchiato are always on point
And the sandwiches are fresh and good. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming our favorite spot for a quick treat or to unwind! 🙂↕️❤️

Thibodaux Starbucks is amazing! Especially the morning crew. Mr. Todd is absolutely superb and needs a raise!! He should be a DM for all Starbucks Louisiana locations with his professionalism and kindness. I am a daily regular and have never been mistreated. Each morning I am greeted with a smile and my favorite drink. Of course I have a few favorites but I am very thankful for ALL of Thibodaux Starbucks employees. Thank you for being awesome ?
