Poor customer service the workers playing around in the store I'm standing there and the young lady came up didn't greet me no hello or what can I get for you I stood there about 5 minutes this was around 9:15 PM they weren't busy I was the only customer standing there so I walked out and went next door to McDonald's bad bad customer service I wouldn't want these people running my store making me loose money

The MANAGER being rude and talking smack out the window while the poor worker sits there awkward all over a taco!!! They are lucky it’s 1 in the morning and i’m sure corporate won’t answer the phone right now.

Food is always great! Taco Bell's new culture of having no personal interaction with the servers at the order counter and AI powered, impersonal drive thru's and being forced to use a kiosk when you walk in is for the birds!!! Taco bell as a whole NEEDS to up the ante on their customer service and provide more personal service instead of relying on tech to do the work for them.

This is my usual tacobell, they have somehow managed to mess up every order. Today i am fed up!!! My order was so simple baja blast freeze and a rice and bean burrito. They gave me a bean and rice and raw onion burrito. Packed full of onions there was no saving it. It took almost 10 minutes to receive my onion burrito too. WHY TACOBELL WHY

I went through the drive through with an animated voice that takes orders now and I got my food surprisingly fast, so not off to a bad start. Now I know why it didn’t take long. I got the chicken street chalupa and they were slightly bigger than my index finger, don’t even bother trying it. I ordered the Frozen Baja Blast and the machine wasn’t working but all the other frozen flavors were working so I had to get something else. When I received my chicken quesadillas the cheese on the inside was still cold, like in the flakes when you take it out of it’s bag, and it wasn’t cut properly were I could pull any pieces apart. I’ve never had any other restaurant not give me half my order two trips consecutively. Idk if someone is stealing in the kitchen or your workers are just incompetent but OMG this place is the worst im about to start driving to Houma if I want Taco Bell.

Service was good need to get rid of the pushy robot that takes orders. It’s annoying and doesn’t give time to look at menu.
The food was correct however they made us go all the way around for just one container of cheese at 2 in the morning so that the timer that have to follow on the drive thru wouldn’t go over.
