The food was correct however they made us go all the way around for just one container of cheese at 2 in the morning so that the timer that have to follow on the drive thru wouldn’t go over.

I got off of work starving and hoping to try the nuggets because my husband had them tonight (obviously from another location) and said they were pretty good. I was told that they were discontinued. Today is 1/4/25, but a simple google search says the LTO will run until at least 1/22. I decided to call another location and was told they have nuggets. I went to another location and ordered and received…you guessed it…nuggets. Funny how one Taco Bell has them but another has “ended” the LTO. The Thibodaux location has consistently given me issues on some level at every visit. I surely hope something changes soon.

I swung by Taco Bell for a quick dinner and ordered 2 Cantina Chicken Tacos with no avocado ranch sauce, but they gave me both with sauce anyway. They agreed to remake them but made me come inside to get it. While I was waiting, I got some unexpected dinner theater—a guy in front of my family threw a full-on tantrum, yelling about how Taco Bell got every single one of his items wrong. He stormed out dramatically, only to come back in sheepishly a minute later because he forgot his family inside.

Very bad taco bell, they did not take my order right nor wanted to fix it. Was very rude when I asked nicely to fix my order.
With all the remodeling they did, management still can't put a battery in the soap dispencer in the womens restroom, or soap in the handicap stall with the sink. Where are the female employees washing their hands after they use the restroom? Not sanitary at all. Would not recommend.

Cashier did not give me a chance to finish my order….my mistake was not driving off…order was thrown in bag and tacos were not edible as they not properly wrapped and filling was all over bottom of bag….cashier was Ladella S…..there was no reason for her rudeness and anger….i know Taco Bell won’t miss my business but I’ll never go back again….

Terrible food not at all what I was expecting. My cheesy chalupa street taco was nothing but onions no meat or sauce. My chips were crumbs not a single whole chip. I’m very disappointed

Depends on day and time. Some days get amazing (For Taco Bell) food. Other days you get tacos with crushed shells, burritos rolled the wrong way so the toppings are in layers, soggy hard tacos because they made those before the quesadillas etc. Never know what you're gonna get until the bag comes across. Sometimes they make mistakes and fix it with a smile and an apology. Then, other days it's like it's your fault you have a smashed shell and the toppings are sitting in the wrapper. Depends on the day and the crew. I eat there a lot due to price and close to work. I can usually tell if I made a mistake ordering the moment I walk in and see who is behind the counter making food.

This place is never right they are perfect if you are ordering one meal but if you order more than 2 meals you will not get all of double check everything this has been a on going thing at this location you will never get all your food I’ve never gotten all my food I’ve ordered without going in and complaining not sure if it’s different during the day but night time you will never get all of the food. Food is good just need to work on completing the whole order the first time
