I came last night and my food wasn't hot My nacho fries were stale my whole order was messed up and the girl in the drive-thru had a nasty attitude She wasn't helpful at all! Y'all should do better!

This is my usual tacobell, they have somehow managed to mess up every order. Today i am fed up!!! My order was so simple baja blast freeze and a rice and bean burrito. They gave me a bean and rice and raw onion burrito. Packed full of onions there was no saving it. It took almost 10 minutes to receive my onion burrito too. WHY TACOBELL WHY

I went through the drive through with an animated voice that takes orders now and I got my food surprisingly fast, so not off to a bad start. Now I know why it didn’t take long. I got the chicken street chalupa and they were slightly bigger than my index finger, don’t even bother trying it. I ordered the Frozen Baja Blast and the machine wasn’t working but all the other frozen flavors were working so I had to get something else. When I received my chicken quesadillas the cheese on the inside was still cold, like in the flakes when you take it out of it’s bag, and it wasn’t cut properly were I could pull any pieces apart. I’ve never had any other restaurant not give me half my order two trips consecutively. Idk if someone is stealing in the kitchen or your workers are just incompetent but OMG this place is the worst im about to start driving to Houma if I want Taco Bell.

The food was correct however they made us go all the way around for just one container of cheese at 2 in the morning so that the timer that have to follow on the drive thru wouldn’t go over.

I got off of work starving and hoping to try the nuggets because my husband had them tonight (obviously from another location) and said they were pretty good. I was told that they were discontinued. Today is 1/4/25, but a simple google search says the LTO will run until at least 1/22. I decided to call another location and was told they have nuggets. I went to another location and ordered and received
you guessed it
nuggets. Funny how one Taco Bell has them but another has “ended” the LTO. The Thibodaux location has consistently given me issues on some level at every visit. I surely hope something changes soon.

I swung by Taco Bell for a quick dinner and ordered 2 Cantina Chicken Tacos with no avocado ranch sauce, but they gave me both with sauce anyway. They agreed to remake them but made me come inside to get it. While I was waiting, I got some unexpected dinner theater—a guy in front of my family threw a full-on tantrum, yelling about how Taco Bell got every single one of his items wrong. He stormed out dramatically, only to come back in sheepishly a minute later because he forgot his family inside.
