This wingstop takes the cake for the slowest service in history. Also very small If you plan on eating before for lunch is over; order a hour early. Took 45 mins to get food they said would take 20 mins

I’m extremely disappointed with this Wingstop location. Almost every time we place an order, something is wrong—missing items, incorrect sauces, or wrong wing counts. We’ve learned to double-check everything before leaving, and even then, there are issues.
On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant is unacceptable. The floors are dirty, the counters are messy, and it just doesn’t feel like a place that prioritizes hygiene or customer service. It’s honestly frustrating to spend money and leave disappointed every single time.
This location seriously needs better management and staff training.

Horrible service went in to make a order manager on duty came to the front didn’t serve my husband and and when she finally came back to take start taking our order the phone rang she didn’t tell us to she will be right back she just turned her back and didn’t like we weren’t standing there if I can give a 0 start they would be it worse service I’ve ever had you guys need better management there they are horrible if you value you hard working money go somewhere else just horrible

They completely messed up my order then refused to take the items back and do it correctly. Spent over 70 dollars. They told me they would refund my wings but not do them again. They did not batter the wings like it was supposed to be. Never eat at this wingstop in thibodaux. They have no clue what they are doing. They even forgot items. If you get veggie stick you get a couple of veggies not even enough for one person, when you are ordering for multiple people. Ordered the fries crispy yet the fries are soggy and stuck together. This is sad, I’d be embarrassed to own that franchise location.

Ordered and picked up. Got home. We did not have all the items we had paid. Option from wingstop, we can go pick it up.

I ordered my food around 7:40 and got there around 8 and I just got back at 9:30. Normally the wait is longer but my food was done pretty fast. Except I ordered ranch I received blue cheese, all my fries were rock hard and cold, and my chicken sandwich was upside down and covered in sauce, the bread was hard and my sandwich itself was falling apart and cold. When I went back in there 3 other people had messed up orders and the cooks were doing nothing. The cooks aren’t doing there jobs they go outside and smoke for 30 minutes and complain when we have problems with our food.

This location has progressively gotten worse. Takes over an hour to get food. EMPLOYEES ARE BEYOND RUDE. Cursing out customers. Food on the floor everywhere. Cannot speak with the manager without being hung up on. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
