I out in my order for 12 noon and its about 12:15 am and they are laughing and hanging and still haven't finished my order yet. What is the point of doing it on the app if they can't get the food ready for carryout.

HAD TO WAIT 45 MINUTES FOR 12 WINGS.
WINGS WERE SOGGY. WASNT ENOUGH SAUCE TO COVER THE WINGS.
GARLIC PARMESAN WAS HORRIBLE LACKS FLAVOR. AUTOMIC LACKED FLAVOR AND SPICE. THE RECIPES HAVE DEFINETLY CHANGED.

They completely messed up my order then refused to take the items back and do it correctly. Spent over 70 dollars. They told me they would refund my wings but not do them again. They did not batter the wings like it was supposed to be. Never eat at this wingstop in thibodaux. They have no clue what they are doing. They even forgot items. If you get veggie stick you get a couple of veggies not even enough for one person, when you are ordering for multiple people. Ordered the fries crispy yet the fries are soggy and stuck together. This is sad, I’d be embarrassed to own that franchise location.

Worst wing stop ever what ever happened in taking pride in what you do. They re fry wings that been fried already and take the fresh fried wings to they hungry hungry hippo ass kids.

Ordered and picked up. Got home. We did not have all the items we had paid. Option from wingstop, we can go pick it up.

I ordered my food around 7:40 and got there around 8 and I just got back at 9:30. Normally the wait is longer but my food was done pretty fast. Except I ordered ranch I received blue cheese, all my fries were rock hard and cold, and my chicken sandwich was upside down and covered in sauce, the bread was hard and my sandwich itself was falling apart and cold. When I went back in there 3 other people had messed up orders and the cooks were doing nothing. The cooks aren’t doing there jobs they go outside and smoke for 30 minutes and complain when we have problems with our food.

This location has progressively gotten worse. Takes over an hour to get food. EMPLOYEES ARE BEYOND RUDE. Cursing out customers. Food on the floor everywhere. Cannot speak with the manager without being hung up on. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

The food is hit or miss.. But they always have attitudes. The guys are really nice. And the food is never ready and you have to check your order before you leave. Bad customer service, that’s why I barely go there and I love wingstop.

Placed order online. Got to restaurant and order was not ready. Staff checked on me twice but order not ready. Waited 45 minutes and finally asked to check on order again only to find out that it was sitting on shelf for 15-20 minutes. Staff handed it to me and I told her that I've been here for 45 minutes and asked why she never noticed beforehand. All she did was laugh!! So now I get home and food is no longer warm enough to eat.

I order from the this location a lot and it has just been terrible these past few months. We stopped getting it because the quality has gone down tremendously. I used to work as a fry cook at multiple places and still do and i know for a fact these people are frying volumes of food at one time and letting it sit under a heat lamp or hot box until they need it. Which can be hours later after they fried it. You can taste the amount of hours its just been sitting in hot air. I usually get the chicken sandwich and the last 3 to 4 times ive ordered each time its been an old dried out patty thats on the brink of even being called edible. It takes forever for this location to fry the food when this is a multi million dollar industry that should afford to get the equpiment needed to supply the volumes of food they distribute. This location sucks.
